Long weekend get together with family friends
Clean, friendly atmosphere. A big surprise was the morning breakfast. Good variety and very good quality of food items featuring an eggs/omelette and waffle station. Preparer was friendly and efficient. Waitstaff supporting the breakfast was courteous and friendly. Management frequently checked to make sure everyone was satisfied.

Great value for anyone!
Very clean, friendly staff, comfy bed, indoor pool, and the best complimentary breakfast we've ever had anywhere. We only stayed one night but had a wonderful hotel experience - one of the best we've had in the Rochester area. The breakfast with eggs/omelets made to order, belgian waffles with fresh fruit and real whipped cream were made by a chef who seemed to love what he was doing.

A Most Pleasant Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Not only was the room comfortable, it was cheerful and spotless. The housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful. Food in the dining room is excellent. The hostess went out of her way to show us how the complementary breakfast worked and kept us supplied with coffee and whatever service was required. Staff at the front desk were also gracious. We highly recommend this hotel.

great family place,great breakfast
warm indoor pool 6am to 10pm, amust with kids, free breakfast is a real breakfast with fresh omelettes, friendly staff, new rooms with new linens, plenty of parking and great price

Nice Hotel But Forget The Breakfast
Near airport location with lots of restaurants nearby BUT the breakfast buffet is ridiculous. Doesn't open until 7:30, hostess makes everyone sit down while she gives instructions and then everyone rushes to get in a long, slow line. I drank a cup of coffee and headed to Burger King.

Good, yet somewhat disappointing
Was in town to attend a funeral. Staff was very accommodating for need to check in early, shower and get dressed after having driven twelve (12) hours to get there. Breakfast very good & dining staff were excellent. For a handicapp room, there was no walk-in shower nor a closet or clothes rack for non-wheel chair persons who may be accompanying disabled person. Also, not all disabled persons use wheel chairs. Too pricey. Other family stated in sister hotel which was $50. cheaper for same type accommodations.
