New Year's Eve Getaway
For the purposes of this trip the hotel provided all that was needed; clean room with adequate furnishings, free breakfast, and convenient location. The amenities were appropriate for a hotel in this price range.

There are three decent restaurants that are close enough to walk to; Applebees, Olive Garden and The Distillery.

Family Christmas Visit
The Hotel is situated in an area near an expressway and several nice restaurants which made things very convient for us. The Hotel was very clean and had all the amenities we look for plus a hot breakfest in the morning. We would definately go back !

Great for business in Rochester
Wifi, breakfast, gym all included. Convenient location allows for easy access to commercial/restaurants and close to freeway.

Trip to visit family
The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was very kind and helpful. There is only one elevator and it is slow. Free breakfast surpassed expectations but too crowded on the weekend. Overall positive experience.

Alot of noise
We picked this hotel because it had great reviews. Although it did have a good location, being close to major roads and alot of restaurants, we had to deal with alot of road noise thru the night. The room was clean but smaller than we were used to, especially the bathroom, which was like a closet. The type of air conditioning they used would cycle the fan on and off, adding to the other noise making it hard to sleep. Other than the runny fake eggs the breakfast offered a good assortment of items.

There was an up-to-date booklet in the room that gave the guest several options for dining, both close and short drives. Since I am familiar with the area, I can recommend the suggestions as being places that would not disappoint you.

Checked in the lady at front desk was very unpleasant and rude. hotel definitely was not what we expected. The baseboardss in the hallways were pulling away from wall. moldy & mildewy smell throughout the halls and in the room. Would not reccommend. Went down the street to Marriott's and what a difference.

Horrible
Went out hours away from home for a family reunion and booked a suite just for my child and I to enjoy the get away but was told I could not check in because I was under 21 but yet I was told it was ok to check in on my own. So my parents had to come all the way to the hotel just to stay with me and ruin their vacation. My suite that I booked for my child and I ended up being a crowded two bed hotel room where I lost out on a portion of my money because a two bedroom plan jane hotel is cheaper then a king suite. Will never do that again!!
