OK stay
Good location. Rooms very small. The only thing that was disappointing was it stated full hot breakfast. This was not really what we expected. It was more of a continental breakfast with a tray of scrambled eggs. We ended up going out to breakfast instead.

Something missing, but has potential
The room was nice and the location was good. The first morning, we left a tip for the cleaning person and wrote a note requesting an additional bottle of shampoo. We did not get an extra bottle. The second day, we had the privacy please card in place until 12:30 pm, when we left for a wedding. There were cleaning staff around when we left. When we got back around midnight, we were disappointed to find an untouched room. The room was difficult to heat as well, so I slept in sweats. The breakfast was nice.

Excellent value
The full hot breakfast was excellent. Not only did it save us money going out to eat for breakfast but it saves loads of time that can be devoted to your activities away from the hotel or resturants.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient
My husband and I needed a conveniently located hotel to stay at overnight when we visited our daughter at college. This hotel fit the bill. It's nothing fancy but is clean, comfortable and close to plenty of restaurant choices and shopping. It was a good value.

we were just there for sleeping as we were attending different functions, it was easy to get to our hotel from the venues where our functions were held will try & stay there again. when we attend another sporting event

Excellent Vale for the Money
The location of this hotel was very convenient, close to restaurants, the airport and our client's premises. Free high speed (cable) internet was a definite plus. Complementary breakfast was a plus. This hotel is very good value for the money. The neighboring hotel was severely overpriced (i.e., there is no correlation between quality and price).

We were visiting RIT. It was perfect for what we needed because not only was it close to the college, it was in the center of everything else we needed for our stay. Restaurants, shopping, etc.

The staff was very pleasant. The bathroom was small but the room was nice. It's close enough to downtown that it's not an inconvenience. The price was good.
