The Time Hotel

I chose this hotel last minute when another reservation fell through. The hotel was in a convenient location. The shower was small, and I wish the room had more natural light, but all in all, a good, clean room in NYC for a decent price.

The Time Hotel was easy to find and has parking next door and across the street. It is located in the theatre district on 49th Street amidst several theatres and others are just a short walk away. Their restaurant Serafina serves a good, although NYC priced breakfast, and the bar stays open late for dinner and/or a nightcap. There is a concierge to help you with New York questions and to watch your bags after checkout should you want to spend an extra day in the city. The rooms are small but comfortable and can hold a king bed. We would stay here again.

First room A/C did not work, no cold air blowing from the unit. called that morning no one came called again in the afternoon all they could do was move us to another room. Second room A/C would not cut off, Thermostat could not be changed. So to sum it up they just didn't seem to care. The reception staff at the front desk have the personality of rocks, no smiles, no welcomes, no thank yous. The only nice person there was the doorman.

We were in town for the Times Square Summer Solstice yoga, Hotel was in a great location! After yoga had dinner at Serafina and then caught a show

The price for the location of the hotel was unbeatable. The staff was super friendly and helpful consistently. They upgraded my room to a newly renovated building and went out of their way to provide help for my emergency. I would definitely come back in the future.

VERY SIMPLE, CONTEMPORARY, CLEAN AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING THAT'S A HAPPENING!!!

The hotel was amazing but the bedrooms are kind of a little tight in space wize I think but overall , there was an I home set with music when we first came in, the lounge downstairs was amazing for a nice Saturday night to spend with friends just dancing and hanging out, I would consider this hotel for my next visit but maybe get a two bedroom room is better.

Loved the ambiance and quaintness of our hotel. What a perfect location! The bar/lounge was awesome too (loved our bartender)! The bellman kept all our luggage in a luggage room for only $6 after we had to check out - so we could do some more exploring of NYC. Only downfall, our room smelled of smoke and made all our belongings in our luggage smell after we left. (I was annoyed - and I am a smoker).
