Hotel sublime, suite parfaite, et personnel adorable! je recommande!

The London NYC is a gem, situated in the heart of Manhattan, close to everything but a world away from the frenetic pace outside. From the moment you enter the lobby, you feel a sense of calm and when you check in to your spacious (500 sq ft) suite with it's cool greys and blues, you truly feel relaxed. Two LCD TVs, free wifi and an ihome system for enjoying music add to the experience but it is the staff that make it a truly memorable experience. And then when you are ready for the Manhattan experience, just step outside and you are in the midst of the action that is Manhattan!

The hotel is non smoking but when we arrived there was an ionizing machine in the middle of the room and housekeeping had the windows open to try to get rid of the smoke smell. We asked to change rooms but they were sold out and couldn't accommodate. They got most of the smell out but it was not what we expected for this hotel.

I've stayed here for years, and have had reliably great experiences every time. The rooms are a great size, and are beautifully appointed. They are always clean, and have a great amount of space to spread out and work from the room. Just like always, no complaints. I'll definitely be back.

Simply an outstanding hotel, everything was just great!

My husband and I only stayed here for two nights and it was the best two nights we spent in a hotel. Our room was so clean and comfortable, the decor fit us so well and the bed was like sleeping on what I imagine sleepingi on clouds would feel like. The staff was so friendly and informative and the location was only blocks away from central park, the shops and literally in the same building as Gordon Ramsays restaurant. At the end of our trip, I actually called our room an "apartment" ...felt like home!

The location is great for theater, restaurants, and the NYC marathon. For New York, the room is very large and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Rooms were large for New York. Bed was extremely comfortable and staff was accomidating. Loved the trip even if it was during a supposed hurricane.

Nice Hotel, bar food was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, beautiful room, it was our 30th anniversary, nice place to spend it. Only one complaint, would have liked a coffee maker in the room. The location was perfect close to everything we were interested in doing.

I picked the London NYC for it's amazing location (REALLY close, I mean walking distance, to everything- Columbus Circle, Times Square, 5th Ave, Rockefeller, the Moma) and room size (every room is a suite and about 500 square feet, bigger than most Manhattan apartments!). It was absolutely perfect for our anniversary stay/business trip. The service was impeccable- they even remembered my name! Very personable and friendly, which is a great oasis from the hustle-bustle of the city. Amazing room service from Gordon Ramsey's restaurants downstairs. Great modern yet comfy furniture, two flat screens, an iHome, luxury bath robes and slippers, extremely high thread-count sheets, FREE wifi and a giant desk to work on that faced the window. I am refusing to stay anywhere else in NYC from now on!
