Notre lobby qui a été récemment rénové se trouve au cœur de notre hôtel. Du marbre italien, des tables en acajou faites sur mesure et couvertes de vases en porcelaine bleue et blanche, des banquettes en cuir, et des chaises en tissu écossais vous attirent au centre du lobby et à côté de la grande horloge en acajou - qui rappelle la Grand Central Station.
Les personnes en voyage d'affaires et de loisir nous choisissent pour notre situation pratique et notre gamme complète de services, y compris un accès à Internet haut-débit disponible dans toutes les chambres et salles de réunion - sans mentionner que nous sommes facilement accessibles depuis les aéroports de Newark, JFK et LaGuardia. Vous trouverez confort et luxe dans chacune de nos 1750 chambres. Avec 50 étages et deux niveaux de chambres, vous êtes assuré(e) de trouver la chambre qui vous convient le mieux. L'hôtel dispose maintenant de chambres offrant des vues sur la promenade. Elles peuvent être réservées uniquement en appelant Jany Crespo à l'hôtel au (212) 581-1000 ext. 5205.

Hôtel très bien situé. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir été avertis lors de notre réservation sur le site que l'établissement est en travaux. A signaler qu'il est dommage pour un hôtel de cette catégorie wifi ne soit pas gratuit dans les chambres.

Wonderful Trip
This Hotel was perfect for us, great coffee/breakfast area which turned into bar/light meals area in the evening. Internet free anywhere in the Lobby. The concierge were so informative with any request asked of them, and the location was spot on. Certainly want to return.

Try the Stage Deli across the road, $10 for breakfast (until 11am daily), including coffee, portions big enough to feed two. Fabulous food.

If you have to get to the airport around rush hour have your cabbie go thru central park to avoid some street traffic to shave off some time and its a great scenic ride

New York Adventure
The shuttle did not take us to the hotel. We were dropped off a couple of blocks from the hotel and told to walk. When we arrived at the hotel after a 2 hour ride in the shuttle, the room was not ready. It was 8:00 at night! We waited another hour and a half before getting into the room. There were 3 of us and one was to sleep on the sofa, but no sheets, blanket or pillows were provided for that bed. Each day the covers we used on the sofa would be removed and no new ones provided. What's up with that? We had a great time on New York, but I don't think I will stay at the Sheraton again.

Not Thrilled
Construction zone
Construction noises began early each morning and extended well into the evening. Cleanliness was not up to par. Prices exceeded the value provided.

Okay but Could be better
I like the gym and the location of the hotel very convenient but amenitieswise short on everything. They charged extra for the things that are normally thrown in at the Hilton next door. Paid extra for everything including the gym, water at the gym, internet, luggage holding room etc Hotel next door offered my friends free breakfast. Nothing at this hotel. The rooms we requested were not available we were told due to the holiday season and the chaos that it brings two beds were requested but had to make do with one queen. The staff was courteous by New York standards. They offered to send a rollaway bed but when it arrived it did not fit in the room They did allow me an extra hour of checkout time. Lot of construction happening outside with scaffolding etc. Bell boy/man very helpful. Staff quickly fixed the nonworking TV in the room. I wish the rooms were cleaner there was goop on the walls in the bathroom. I know starwood is spending money on goosing things up. I wish them the best.

There is a guy who sells middle eastern food out of a cart a block away. He was featured on the food network. The food was nothing short of amazing. It fed six people for thirty dollars. Check it out.

Great Brand Name Hotel near Time Square
Love Sheraton Brand Name. Can wait to see when they are done with their complete renovation.
