Great location; Tiny rooms
If you wish to be steps from Times Square at a reasonable rate, this is the place. However, you will give up the space you may be used to. We were upgraded to the "Deluxe" room. The room was so small, it made you wonder what the regular room looked like. There was barely enough room to walk in and out as the bed took up the entire room. The hotel seemed to be trendy with a very European flair. I would consider staying here again if I wanted to be in the heart of Times Square and willing to be in a very cramped space.

Simply amazing
The staff at this hotel was very helpful, any questions i had they were answered. They helped with my stay saving me time not having to walk around with a map trying to locate everything. It is a retro style hotel so if your into this kind of thing its great. Overall my girlfriend and i had an amazing time in new york and the room mate grace was a big part of that.

Perfect for Times Square
The hotel was in a great location, even though it was loud at times outside the hotel, the bed was fantastic enough that I never had a problem sleeping. The only issue was that the breakfast I thought was included in the price was, in fact, not included. And the drinks were expensive.

Get tickets for a city tour bus. It can take you all over the city at a flat rate during the day and other tours may be included in the price.

Fun times in the city
room was small but comfortable. Shower was probably my favorite part. Overall hotel rates high on aesthetic, low on space, but in Midtown, tat's par for the course

Great Location
We stayed at the Grace for 5 days in December and had no problems whatsoever. The Grace is just 5 mins from Times Square and yet ther was no problem with noise etc.There was no problem with noise from the night club as we were on the 10th floor.The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels bedding etc if you required them and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Location, location, location
Great location...not as expensive as other Times Square hotels but still about expensive considering the included amenities. If I were the manager I would include complementary breakfast to complement the price but for everything else I recommend to stay in.

Euro trash at its finest
Insert club dance music here. Our room was beyond small. No privacy - kinda rude staff- very loud dance party went all night we could hear in our room and fee's to use pool. Great wallpaper and comfortable beds.
