Empfehlenswertes Hotel an Toplage mit gutem Preis-/leistungsverhältnis. Kleine Abstriche bei Ausstattung, da keine Minibar im Zimmer und WiFi-Empfang nur in unmittelbarer Nähe der Zimmertür möglich.

This hotel has the best location you can get! It's right at the heart of Times Square. As you walk out the hotel doors, you are in Times Square. It's perfect!

Korrekt aber nicht herzlich
Lage des Hotels ist super, gleich beim Times Square und sehr nahe bei U-Bahn und BusBahnhof! Auch sind alle Broadway Theater zu Fuss problemlos erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sauber und korrekt, wobei im Vergleich zu Marriott Hotels in Deutschland eher guter Durchschnitt als grosse Klasse. Das Personal an der Reception etc. ist zwar höflich, aber nicht herzlich - eher etwas ruppig und korrekt als warm und zuvorkommend.

Perfektes Hotel an perfekter Lage
Das Marriott liegt an der perfekten Lage! Taxis bekommt man auch gleich immer vor dem Haus, besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können! Saubere Zimmer, ordentliche Grösse, nettes und unkompliziertes Personal, in diesem Hotel waren wir sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal!

Oly to NYC
Great Room Right in Times Square
The hotel is perfectly located and the room was bigger than we expected. The staff was very nice and our room was always restocked and clean when we returned each night. Other reviews complained about the elevators but we never had to wait more than a couple seconds and we spent the week there.

Great Hotel
We had a very nice room with a great view. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There was always enough hot water and nice fluffy towels. It's expensive but for a first time NYC visit, it was the perfect place for us.

The View, a revolving lounge/restaurant at the top of the hotel has nice views, but it is way too expensive. The food was not that great, and if you order a cup of coffee, do not expect complimentary refills. You pay $5.50 for each cup. The ambience is nice, and if you don't mind spending lots of money for mediocre food and service, you will enjoy it.

my hair dryer broke and within minutes of my phone call i had new dryer staff gave us excellent directions and recommendations of where to go always heard nyc was not friendly your hotel is the best for friendly thankyou ps bartender made excellent drinks at the view

First Time
We visited NY with guests from France. In our party was a 14 year old, who experienced NY for the first time. What better way to see it than in the Marriott Marquis on Times Square! He was enchanted, not only by the lights, but also by the comfort of our hotel and the attention of all of the staff.

My favourite City
Fantastic location
Stayed in this central location in Times Square. The hotel is expensive but you get what you pay for. We dined in the revolving restaurant just one night and the food was perfect! The rooms are spacious and we had a great view of Times Square. I felt safe in the hotel and would recommend it. Shop around for the best price as when conferences are on the prices can be inflated. We were lucky to fly home just before hurricane sandy.
