A plusieurs reprises, j'ai demandé des choses que je n'ai jamais eues : des fleurs pour un anniversaire, un deuxième peignoir. Le minibar est affreusement cher et pas toujours à la hauteur (j'ai eu un paquet de cacahuètes périmées !) le petit dejeuner (quoi que très bon) ne comporte pas bcp de choix. Il faut payer un supplément assez cher pour des oeufs par exemple. Je voyage bcp pour mon travail. Ds n'importe quel hotel international surtout de ce pirx, il y a le choix pour des oeufs en libre service. Enfin, les salles de bain (de douche en fait) sont bcp trop petites.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. We attended a party a block and a half away. It was great not to have to worry about driving home after a long night. The location is perfect. A few blocks from 34th Street shopping and Penn Station. The hotel was a little difficult to find from street if you're driving. There's no signage, door mat or doorman in front. Plus there was a bus stop in front which deterred us from stopping. If you pass it, be prepared to take 15-20 mins to get back around because of the thru streets during rush hour. After making the third pass I decided to call to find out the exact location. If it weren't for the doorman hailing a cab we wouldn't have found it. We left our car for the valet and went to check in. The staff was great. They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They gave suggestions for places to order food and even printed up a menu for us. The room was nice. It was clean, comfy and had modern furnishings. The bathroom was small. There was no room to move around in. The toilet was directly behind the door. There was no vanity mirror with an outlet close to use a dryer or flatiron. There was a mirror in the bathroom that was a high. Another little in the desk that popped up but you'll have to slouch in the chair if you want to see yourself. There was a hidden full length mirror in the wall by the window seat but no outlet. Other than that the room was great. I would definitely stay here again if there was deal on the rate.

Great staff!!very friendly and helpful with recommendations and assistance. We got caught by a parade that closed the street as we were leaving and the bellman walked us 1 1/2 blocks with our luggage to catch a cab.

Generally a really good experience and I would give it 5 but just once or twice the desk staff were a little less helpful than I would have liked.

ホテルのスタッフたちの感じはとてもよかったです。 部屋も清潔に保たれており、気持ち良く過ごすことが出来ました。 ポットが無かったので、お湯はゲットすることができず少々不便でした。 少し歩きますが、地下鉄の駅等への便は悪くありません。 もうちょっと滞在して利便性を感じられれば良かったのですが ＮＹという土地がら、１泊のお値段は少々高く。。。 機会があれば次回も滞在してみたいです。

Excellent central location. All staff very plesant and helpful. Breakfast ample for me. Diner including the desserts were huge for me.
