Bad experience
I requested by phone in March for a nonsmoking room. We got smoking. The TV did not work, there was mold around the shower door. I complain & they spray the room?? I could not tell the difference. We even stayed out the 3rd night and pay for it. I asked again for a nonsmoking room. We got it the last night. The concegier was very helpful.

superb, especially for NYC
great staff, clean modern rooms, great location, walking distance to broadway, radio city, macy's, herald square, times square, plenty of manicure places and laundry places, 24 hour major pharmacy and 24 hour eateries. it's a new york room, so if you're used to 1000 sq. ft. in nebraska for $99, go to nebraska.

JAZZ CLUBS!!!! the iridium, the blue note, the village vanguard, birdland, on and on. the best! like broadway? go to a show, play, or musical. and keep your wallet wide open. enjoy!

guests yelling at the hall at 2 AM
Had a terible experience as I woke up at 2 AM from guestsyelling and shouting at the hall next to my room. I called the front desk to complain and when it didn't help I insisited that they move me to another floor which they did.

Worth the money
Needed that location at a low price and found it here. Was low price and great place to crash. Not a hotel room to hang out in, but great place to sleep.

For Walkers
Hotel is in a great area, because Chelsea is in the middle of lower and upper Manhattan, if you want to enjoy shopping or plays in Broadway, just head to 5th Av and walk up north, if u are on business just go on the opposite to find Wall Street area, where all globally economic decisions happen there.

Long walk from hotel
Head to the 5th Ave then walk up north and explore Main St of New york, starting from Public Library, Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Central Park and more.

Worth the price
The hotel wasn't the greatest I've stayed at in the city but it was just what we needed, a place to rest our heads... Price was affordable location was ideal, about a $7 cab ride to times square.

The hotel has clean bedrooms but very small ideal for someone who wants to just come in to rest after a long day sightseeing ,no frills located close to macys store and empire state building but a bit far from Times Square

Extremely dissapointed!
We were extremely unhappy with the service and the cleanliness of the hotel. Hotel had no clean towels or wash rags. My room did not even have soap or shampoo. They calmed there was some mixup, but how could a hotel not have enough towels or wash rags?
