hôtel idéalement placé pour visiter New York à pied & metro, la chambre avec 2 double lits a été confortable pour notre famille de 4. En dépit que la chambre n'est pas très moderne,nous avons apprécie notre nuit. Grand + le parking à côté avec réduction pour les clients de l'hôtel.

Location close to subway and central park. Employee at the information desk gave us some great ideas of things to do with young children. He was very helpful with directions and how to get around the area.

Ok. Lots of bad reviews of this hotel and I do not understand it. Yes, it may be noisy and old but what hotel in NYC isnt? I paid very little for this hotel compared to the other three start hotels in the same area. I have a thing about bugs so I stripped the room down to make sure there were no bed bugs. I didnt find anything. Not even a dead cockroach. The bathrooms is small and there is some rust. The bathroom vent was not working so it did get stuffy in the room. However, the room was clean and the amenities were great. The AC in the hotel was not working so it was a little difficult to sleep at night. We were not in the room for much so it wasn't a big deal. I would call in the summer time to make sure the ac is working. The staff was friendly enough. The desk clerk checked me in at 6 in the morning with no argument. I greatly appreciated this! If you have 200 dollars to spend a night then by all means you should stay at a better property. Why wouldn't you? This is a hotel that is cost friendly. I would have put up with many inconveniences in this hotel because of the room rate. When you go to a place like NYC you have to know the cost and worth of hotel rooms. This room is worth its cost. Its a three star hotel in NYC and I don't think any of the others are better then this one. The locations is perfect and really how much time do you spend in a hotel room in NYC? I would stay again.

The hotel was so conveniently located to restaurants, train station entrance and attractions. Got an incredible deal $250 for 4 nights in NY. Hotel was nice and were making improvements to rooms .

First time in NY, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It wasn't a bad stay for hardly being in the room.

Very good stay at this Holiday Inn. Rreplacing tube tv s with HD flat Screen while we stayed mid April 2012. Desk and 11th floorstaff very helpful. 3 blocks to Central Park and Columbus Circle subway station. Comfortable walking distance to Times Square and Hearld Square. Not the newest or sleekest, very servisable and convienent. WOULD STAY AGAIN!!!!

We had water dripping from the ceiling from an upstairs flood. Staff left no soap. Seemed dingy overall. Concierge staff was very helpful. Not very nice but relatively cheap.

Great location, excellent staff! Everything worked out great for the girls' Spring Break.

Very very good hospitality i was happy with my family

It was our first trip to the city so I did a lot of research and this place won for location and cost. We would stay here again if we ever returned to the city.
