Just great
Was just looking for a clean, comfortable place in Times Square. Hotel was convenient, clean, well-appointed. Took a long time to get the car from Valet, and breakfast was overpriced... but hey, it's NYC right?

Nice time in New York
The hotel was located very near Bryant Park, very nice. Our room was comfortable and clean. House cleaning staff were very professional and I have only praises for them. The staff at the front desk were all great, all helpful, all with bright smiles, again, all praises to them. Wifi was free and fast. Would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

great locale for shopping/sightseeing in times square
Excellent location for stay in times square. Staff were very friendly. Complimentary coffee available all day. Location is close to great shopping and eating. Rooms were clean. Elevators were fast. Family friendly environment - close to 2 ice skating rinks for children. Convenient dining lounge.

Hotel Great Staff not so much
They only had one guy getting luggage out of storage AND hailing cabs. Took 30 minutes to get luggage and for him to attemp to get us a cab while another guy just stood there and did nothing. Ended up going down the street to get cab with all our luggage

NYC getaway
spent one night at this hotel.convenient manhattan location.went to the nightclub" stout" the night of our stay.Browsed times square before seeing a broadway show the following day. Walking distance to everything. The hotel was immaculate.bed comfortable.a little noisy in am.could hear doors closing and toilets flushing upstairs.all in all, I would stay here again for sure.

Mariott
This was a very good hotel and was a great location just off the main path for Time Square, Theatre District, etc... without the big $ prices. Would definately recomment it and stay there again.

Great spot!!!
I would totally recommend this hotel. It's very close to Times Square but tucked away so you're out of the noise and chaos. I think it was basically a block from the subway and very accessible. THE ROOMS WERE GREAT!!! Quiet & Clean!

Do your research prior to your trip on dinner. The hotel is in a great location but unless you want to eat the garbage in Times Square, pre-planning is the key to having great dinner experiences.
