Club Quarters Midtown

Perfect location! The room was small but nice. The staff was very courteous & helpful. I would consider staying at CQ again.

This hotel was excellent. The location was prime for a first time visit to NYC, Everything was close to the hotel including local attractions and subway stops. The hotel was very clean with great amenities. The staff was extrememly knowledgable of the area and willing to offer suggestions if needed. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to NYC

The Hotel was clean, but the room and bathroom were tiny. The elevator only held about 4 people at a time, so it was a long wait to get an elevator from the 6th floor to the lobby. The next time I visit NY City, I will look for an alternative.

The location of the hotel was perfect and the stay was pleasant. The room was small but met our needs. We will stay at this hotel again.

Getting a "reasonably" priced hotel room in NYC is not easy. This is getting what one pays for, not very much. Not dirty or bad just very mediocre! Mold on the grout in the shower. Told them and they used tilex to get most off. Matress was hard & uncomfortable. Air cond was in window and very noisy & window hadn't been cleaned in years. Single ply toilet paper, etc. I wouldn't dash back.

The hotel in itself was very good. The Standard room was small but that is what you would get anywhere in Manhattan especially if you are less than 5mins walk away from Times Square. As a traveler who just needs a room to quickly refresh and take a short rest and get out again this place was more than sufficient. One big drawback is that the bathroom door is a sliding type and doesn't have a lock which is stupid. But the room looked very modern with excellent beds and a coffee maker. They also have free coffee and more importantly free bottled water. As tourists we packed our bags with 3 bottles every day because of all the walking around we did and it really saves money. Lots of cafes, delis and restaurants nearby and so lots of options for breakfasts and other meals in the day. Overall, I would recommend this place again if you are willing to ignore small details like bathroom locks etc.

I attended a wedding in NYC and wanted to make sure to maximize the limited time I had available by staying near the action. I found Club Quarters to be in the perfect location! It's near Grand Central station (5-10 minute walk), Times Square, Shopping, Museum of Modern Art, and Rockefeller Center. The room I stayed in was the perfect size for a solo traveler! Enough room to spread our your items, but compact and efficient for one person. The furnishings were updated and clean. I found the staff helpful. Be aware that early check in will cost $35, which I found to be no problem for my situation. I would definitely stay here again. It's perfect for the weekend traveler who doesn't have a lot of time in the City, and doesn't need a lot of space and amenities because most of the trip will be spent doing things outside of the room. I found it to be a great value based on location and would recommend it to other similar travelers.
