Candlewood Suites NEW YORK CITY- TIMES SQUARE

Great location, good value for money. Very pleasant even for extended stays.

clean and simple rooms, equipped with everything you need small but well-stocked kitchen. free internet access. staff very helpful. was possible to organize excursions and musical from the hotel. all very useful. the only thing that was not perfect was the location, right in front of a building site. and an unattractive view. for the rest everything is perfect. hotel convenient to major transportation and also walk to the center

The hotel is close to everything but far enough away from Time Square that it is not noisy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It's close to the subway and I would stay here again.

I picked this hotel for its location closed to Times Square. I booked 2 nights here but unfortunately only stayed one night. We checked in and the staff was very nice. We left the hotel for the night and returned at approx 3-4 am. We woke up to shower and found bedbugs crawling in our bed. I immediately went downstairs to tell someone.One woman was nonchalant about my situation claiming that they've never had bed bugs before. The other woman was very attentive and immediately went into action to address the situation. In the end we found approximately 3-4 bugs crawling on the sheets, between the sheets, etc. The hotel "steamed" out belongings and I checked out that day. I was told if be refunded my money for both nights. However, now my friends and I are COVERED in bug bites!! It's irritating. Ive never felt so gross!!Do NOT stay at this hotel. Spend a little bit more for A clear mind while u sleep! I still feel like things are crawling on me. GROSS!!

A very nice hotel - comfortable, conveniently located and reasonably priced. Loved the space of the room and appreciated the efficiency of no daily maid service. It makes so much sense.

Our stay at the Candlewood Suites was just fine ... the location was excellent, the room was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again. Felt safe at all times of day and night. No problems to mention. Times square fun right on the door and plenty of food places to choose from.

Good place to stay if you want to be close to restaurants and theaters. Neighborhood shabby but you get what yo pay for. Sheets and towels are not changed daily, you have to request changes.

Location was close to Times Square and subway. Quick walk to restaurants, cabs, etc.

My boyfriend and I went to NYc for Yankees opening weekend. We stayed at Candlewoood b.c of the price and we were Pleasantly suprised WITH THE HOTEL! The Staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, clean and The location was the best. It was close to almost Everything. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WISH TO GO AGAIN REAL SOON.

We had the best time. The staff is amazing, especially Allyson. We got there early and she really tried getting us in our room early. The rooms are small but you are not in them for that long anyway. The location was the best we could walk to most locations. We would stay there again in a heart beat!
