Wonderful Weekend
Staff was exceptional. Rooms were not your standard hotel room and very comfortable. Warm cookies were a pleasant and tasty surprise. Valet parking and complimentary town car service was handy. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Only complaints were water pressure in shower and pipes making noises intermittently. Overall an extremely positive experience.

An out of the ordinary getaway
Beautiful hotel in an old brick building. The decor is gorgeous and modern. Rooms are super clean. Class meets comfort. Fresh baked cookies in the room. Complimentary breakfast and free valet parking. Observation lounge to view the natural surroundings. A lovely home away from home.

Great location, great service!
This small hotel is only 10 mins away from the falls. They staff is super nice. Free valet parking. Nice rooms, very clean. Complimentary breakfast (fresh fruit, cereal, breads, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, potatos etc.)

Caffee Lola on 3rd street. The mussels in white-wine sauce and the Orlando paninis were delicious. Also, located right next to it is Wine on Third, a nice little wine bar that also features some tasty Tapas.

Great Hotel, Great Staff, Great Trip
We really enjoyed our stay at The Giacomo. We arrived well after midnight the first night and were unloaded and parked very quickly. We had breakfast and then visited the Falls the following day and then went to the lounge for suggestions for dinner. The bartender, [...], as well as the other patrons were great. We ended up ordering delivery and stayed all night. Great hotel, city seems to be on the upswing, and I would definitely stay again.

Above and beyond
From thetime we got there it was awesome. The valet and bellhop service is great. Our room was more than we anticiated. We tested the luxury bed out right away and weren;t disappointed. There were chocalates waiting on us and warm cookies brought to the room in the evening. The town car that took you where you wanted to go was a big plus, and the driver, Tim, who we got to know was great. The only draw back was hot water in the morning.

Wonderful Weekend
Hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. We arrived early and room was still being prepped so they opened the lounge early to give us complimentry drinks while we waited. The towncar service was fabulous.Room was up-graded to a suit do to over booking.

WONDERFUL
Very clean, beautifully decorated, great staff, very courteous, eager to help. Very comfortable beds. Overall wonderful. Would be the first place to book on my next trip to Niagara Falls!!!

Great night! Wonderful Hotel!
We stayed at the Giacomo;Best hotel we have ever been to! The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful, very cozy, and the decor was amazing! They hand delievered freshed baked cookies, which we thought was pretty cool, and offered a Towne car to take us to the Casino and back. It was well worth the money we spent and we would absolutely go back!
