Moonlite Motel Niagara Falls

The hotel was ok. Upon arrival I was told I needed to pay an additional $75.00 for our stay. We had been driving for hours so I paid the money. The owner wouldn't even look at me until after I had paid the money. It also says continental breakfast was included but there was only coffee on one morning. The owners also would watch my kids in the pool all the time (teenage daughters). They had workers sitting around the pool drinking and cursing. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. Small fuzzy tv, bathroom stopper for the tub didn't work, and the carpet was filthy. There are many other options for hotels at a better price. I know it is a 2 star place but I wouldn't give it that.

Reasonably clean, but small rooms.

Staying at this motel was priced well and the staff were incredibly friendly. Since we are from Canada and were just down for the weekend, we had questions about how the local shuttle works and how to get to the fashion outlet mall and casino and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly when providing answers. The rooms were on the smaller side, however, if you are planning on doing sight-seeing, shopping or generally touring around the Niagara Falls area, the motel is perfect. The room temperature can easily be controlled by the air conditioning/heating unit in the room.
