Inconsistent Breakfast and Amenities
The hotel itself is very accessible from the airport. A quick 5 minute drive. Room was what one would expect for a Best Western. My chief complain is the breakfast. One day it is pre-packaged hard boiled eggs and the next is it cooked scrambled eggs and sausage patties. Also they did provide a computer and printer in the "business center" but it was low quality and the pages did not come out without smears and streaks. All in all, I would stay again for the price.

great location to city
The location of hotel to city of Buffalo was perfect for me. I was able to get to the swim meet in 15 minutes. It was also in a convenent location to stores and places to eat. I was concerned when my room was on the first floor near the breakfast area but to my surprise I did not hear any noise.

We stayed here on our way to Florida, the location is perfect, and the room is clean and cheap enough. We would stay again.

Start of Trip
The hotel was very close to the airport for the start of our trip. We left our car at the hotel and shuttled us to the airport.

Average in every respect
I selected this hotel for two reasons only: a) close to the airport and b) airport shuttle. We did not care about amenities as we were leaving the following day to Canada. Well, the hotel was indeed close, but as for the shuttle, after waiting for almost 40 minutes at below 20 deg F I felt very fortunate another shuttle picked me up. Needless to say I will never stay at Best Western again.

Not comfortable
I stayed at this hotel for one night so I didn't voice a complaint while I was there. The room was not all cleaned. There was hair in the sink. The heat was also not on in the room and I woke up freezing in the middle of the night. There could be more attention to detail here that could go a long way.

We had problems with our door lock. I got very little sleep. Will not be back. Even for the one night to be close to the airport.
