Super 8 Las Vegas Strip Area

I was only going to be there one night and didn't want to spend a lot. I needed a room with a bed and close proximity to the strip. I got what I needed for a decent price. Not fancy, not spotless, but comfortable bed, a TV and close proximity. What else do you want.

Pets are allowed, so the daily $15 + tax rate was better than hiring a sitter or kennel costs. Location was perfect near Caesars Palace where we were attending a wedding. Having the Ellis Island casino next door was a plus. For Sunday breakfast, there was a 20 minute wait, however it was worth it. Great pizza. Great morning coffee. Our only complaints are the heavy traffic carpet areas could use a good shampoo, and our bathroom fan was broken.

The hotel was easy to access and close to many things we wanted to do in Vegas. We enjoyed the $10 in free gambling at Ellis Island next door...we both walked away with cash in our pockets!

I missed the cleaning after my first night! From Sat to Sun it was extremely noise during the night! Room had a good size and everything worked - that was great!

hotel was ok,casino next to hotel was good but it i did not feel secure,casino had to many locals n afro americans just hanging out in casino and in parking lot toward back of hotel ,its were hotel customers park there vehicals so you did not secure leaving your car at nite or coming late hotel alloud people hang out that did go to hotel

For the price it was good, however, the smell was very unpleasant and will probably stay somewhere else next time.

The front desk suggested that we stay on the third floor because it is quiet there. I also made sure I ask for a non-smoking room. Well, as soon as we enter the room the smell was so profound - cigarette smell! Had to spray throughout the room with Lysol and Febreeze. Then at about 3am, there was someone banging on our door. The next night, another person was banging the door at about 2am. On our last nite, there were people running in the hallway, talking and a toddler was crying. I will never book again to this place. Location is great, but the place is terrible especially if you are there for a vacation.

clean and cost affective

This hotel is one block away from the main strip in Vegas. It's a nice quiet place to come back to after visiting the strip.

The place was not bad, considering the price I paid for it. They didn't have an iron but I brought my own. The location was within a walking distance to the Strip. They don't offer free breakfast but you can get free coffee/cappuccino, etc. Oh!I also got a free $10 coupon for the casino next door!
