Booked online without having seen the hotel. Very good customer service, accommodated our early arrival and check-in early easily. Room was kept to a high standard. only odd thing was no couch in the room, A nice chaise lounge was there instead, would be nice to see both

one night vegas visit
the man who checked us in at the registration kiosk was such a gentleman! I didn't come into contact much with any other employees at the hotel, but overall everyone was great and we would recommend to friends.

if you're headed to the roller coaster at the New York New York, remember to bring your ID with you if you're going to pay with a card. we didn't hear the announcement until we were already in line.

overall very satisfied
it was better than i expected...spacious nice room, they had a lot of affordable and fancy places to eat inside the hotel, they were in the perfect location, it was too cold when i went the pool looked beautiful....only problem i had is that my room had horrible phone service for my virgin mobile and the internet was not free or even cheap...i think it should be free for guests and i saw and killed a big roach next to the tv and it was like more air conditioning at night and made wanna get in bed and not out but staff was nice....everything yo would want and need at a respectable price...i would go back

Good time for my 25th birthday
Great location, comfortable rooms for a group of 8 girls. The bathrooms are a little smallish/out-dated, but the overall room experience was great. And the pool was even open!

Best location where it all started
Not the most luxurious hotel, but All and more of what we had expected. The noise from building the Quad next door was our only negative experience.

The Legend show was the best performance by those talented young artists we have ever seen. Also the Donnie and Marie voted best show in Las Vegas

Old but OK
The hotel is definitely old, however, they are updating the rooms. I guess you get what you pay for. You can go down the strip or even across the street but you'll be paying big bucks......If I was to go back there, I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome 11th year anniversary
hotel was nice and clean. maid service was great and friendly. center to anywhere and everywhere. had a really nice!!! going BACK IN AUGUST this year

Vegas
First time to Vegas and my wife and I loved it. Everything was right there and easy to access. We stayed at the Flamingo which was super nice and we both loved the Habitat show outside the hotel which included live Flamingos.
