i think pillows are bad
the experience was great and staff excellent. in restaurant for breakfast and lunch i would suggest that the seating person did not talk to co-workers *(seemed like a lot of social conversation not business) while people are waiting in line.

Bellagio a 7 star??
the Bellagio was lovely, the fountains dancing to music were beautiful.But after staying at another hotel, the Aria, the first night (after a mix up by either the Bellagio or travel agency) i was slightly disappointed by the room as the Aria was much nicer, bigger and more modern. But apart from that it was really central, loved the casino, the pools,the fountains.

Below average
The only good thing about this hotel was the location. The room was average and it was dirty. We didn't get the full fountain view we wanted even though we paid extra. For a 5 star hotel we got treated like we were at Motel 6.

Long weekend get away
A 5 star hotel. Excellent service and amenities. Arrived early and was given a room several hours before check in time. A great all around experience.

Expected Bellagio Attention...Fell short.
The hotel is gorgeous. The cigarette smoke at this and all casinos is unbearable. If you are like me allergic to goose down, make sure you get new pillows upon arrival. Do not expect that magical special touch even if it's your honeymoon that you've already had to reschedule because a family member passed away. They are too busy to provide a special touch. Been treated better at less expensive, less starred, and less class hotels. Not worth the hype. Sad...
