Bellagio

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Bellagio, da wir vom ersten Mal begeistert waren. Also buchten wir wieder die Penthouse Suite. Beim Check in war die hochnäsige Dame nicht in der Lage unsere Daten vom letzten Jahr aufzurufen. Also durften wir alle Eckdaten ihr nochmals geben. Das selbe passierte uns während 4 Nächte Aufenthalt noch 3 mal, jedesmal wenn man mit einer Frage an die Rezeption kam. Die Suite war nicht wirklich sauber. Als ich es der Dame an der Rezeption mitteilte, mit der Bitte, dies bitte zu bereinigen, bekam ich nur ein quiekendes"Sorry" (und natürlich dürfte ich noch mal Adresse, Tel.nummer usw hinterlassen..) Das Zimmer wurde trotzdem nicht gereinigt. Von diesem Aufenthalt sind wir sehr enttäuscht und werden uns sicher nach einem anderen Hotel das nächste Mal umschauen.

Although at check in we were given an upgrade, the room was disappointing. We have stayed in better at Disney resorts. Concierge service was slow and required a wait. Not very helpful when we got our turn. Concierge and other staff only recommended restaurants at Bellagio and all the restaurants there were over priced and blah tasting food. We had to discover good restaurants on our own, and there were excellent ones across the street. In particular the Bellagio Buffet is doubly over priced and not worth the trouble. Another observation is to get anywhere in the hotel, you must walk through the Casino. And the Casino was "tight"

Spent 5 nights at the Bellagio. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The hotel smells wonderful all the time due to all the flowers! Best buffet in Vegas. Perfect location. A+

The Bellagio is a fantastic hotel for people looking for a premier Vegas vacation. Everything was very nice, although expensive (but this was expected). I wish our room had had a microwave and a personal fridge but other than that it was a wonderful experience.

Service was exceptional except for house keeping. They could not provide a king size blanket for our bed. The duvet was too warm for my wife and I to sleep. They admitted they should have bought lightweight blanket when they opened the hotel. We ate only one meal in the hotel because of the high cost of all restaurants.

My experience was nicer, however I found some of the staff to be rude and prejudice.

My experience at the Bellagio was exceptional. It is a beautiful hotel and complex with exquisite decoration (specifically the Chihuly ceiling in the lobby). Over priced on food & drinks, but that is the case all around the Strip. Centrally located on the Strip.

We had a nice stay, it is a high quality places, the food options are great, all top quality, the pool is "ok" but it is a very crowded place. It clearly has a large number of rooms, but it is a destination for a lot of folks not staying at the hotel and it makes it very crowded.

Fantastic from start to finish. We loved it . Wold go back again!
