Bellagio

Beautiful hotel - the reason I didn't give it 5 stars on the amenities and overall was that they were re-decorating from one season to another. Due to that we didn't get to walk around the conservatory which is supposed to be one of the "main" attractions at the Bellagio. Well -- we couldn't even go in there as it was totally under renovation - so we didn't get to see any "beautiful" center area - just a lot of construction. They do handle the construction well, but still.......very disappointing. Also, the pools were the same way - 1 of them was open the others were being renovated- resurfaced or cleaned. We couldn't walk the entire grounds due to the maintenance. I felt we spent a lot of $$ for some things that we didn't get to experience. Fountains were beautiful, but I would NOT spend the extra to have the view. The view from the spa tower isn't all that great and the fountains are loud when they are running. I was a little disappointed in the view from the room - would definitely not spend the extra next time. I also hate that they don't have coffee in the rooms - not that easy to get just a cup of coffee early in the morning. We left on a tour at a little after 6 and couldn't find where you could get just a cup of coffee in a hurry that early. The small cafe where we got coffee the other mornings - wasn't open yet. Would love to have coffee makers in room like most hotels other places - even if we had to pay like the minibar.

EXCEPTIONAL STAFF and service, from Valet parking to front desk to houskeeping staff-EVERY SINGLE employee we interacted with at the BELLAGIO!! The resort/casino decor is restful to the eye which is very pleasant also. Your STAFF, however, is exceptional. They are polite, TACTFUL, freindly, welcoming, helpful. All staff seemed to take pride in working at the BELLAGIO. Well Done BELLAGIO!

Das Bellagio ist ein helles und freundliches Hotel. Nicht so dunkel und muffig. Das Buffet kann man auch nur empfehlen - alles was das Herz begehrt und auch alles sehr lecker.

The Bellagio is a beautiful hotel with wonderful service. Great location, right in the middle of the strip. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff ;friendly, helpfull, spent 4 nights and each day room service was perfect.

Overall very nice. Ice machine room (20th floor) smelled HORRIBLY of cigarette smoke very offensive! Other than that no complaints. Very enjoyable view of the fountains. Seeing the scale in the bathroom gave me a good laugh.

I’ve been to Vegas a lot but this was my first stay at Bellagio, and from this point on it will be my first choice. Great restaurants, Great location (right in the middle of the Strip), Room was Super Clean. The only complaint I have is that one afternoon I went down to watch a game while the wife was getting ready for our night on the town. As I sat in the small but nice Sports Bar by the poker room and sports book 3 cocktail waitresses stood and talk by the bar, if one of them would have offered me a drink I would’ve taken them up it. Granted the bar was literally 8 feet away from me on 3 sides but I did not want to get up because the place was pretty crowded and I was sure someone would poach my chair. After 15 minutes of watching the waitresses chat a guy in nice suit and name tag shows up I thought he was the boss and would tell them to get back to work, but no he flirted with them for a bit and then left. As the waitresses continued to chat I finally got up to get my own $12 drink, sure enough when I turned around some fat cigar smoking dude had taken my chair. This type of service is what I expect from small Casino Hotels in the Midwest not from Bellagio. Other than these 3 waitresses the staff was outstanding, but this incident is why I gave a rating of 4 and not 5.

Overall was very happy with the Bellagio. My only complaint would be that there is a lack of a selection for places to have breakfast on the property. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable. The staff was wonderful! Will go back!

I travel a lot and have a very broad base for comparison. Bellaggio was among the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Its comfort, the food, the excellence of service - all were remarkable. I would recomment it to all my friends. If you go there do not miss the "O" show and check what is on in the neighbouring Ceasar's Palace.

The experience was wonderful from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect with a beautiful view of the fountains!
