Clean and comfortable
Our two week stay was a pleasant one. Our room overlooked the pool area and back parking area so we found it to be very quiet, no street noise at all. Our beds were very comfortable, the room was spotless, the staff was helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was more than ample with something for everyone's tastes. Would we return here for another stay? We certainly would! It's a great value for families also, not fancy but clean and comfortable.

Cockroach-Palooza!
It was infested with so many cockroaches that they were in the fridge, on the curtains and along the baseboards! Maintenance removed the fridge while I was moved down the hall. The manager was polite until i asked to be refunded for the night (I was)--she wanted to give me a gift certificate instead. For 10 bucks more I stayed closer to Siesta beach which was AWESOME & bug free!

Good Weekend Trip
I've stayed at the Best Western before and its exactly as I would expect. Good hotel service, in a good location, and a great value. The only issue I had was extremely slow internet.

good deal
the staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast is o'k. But once we saw a huge cockroach. May be he came from outside. this one who flies. And two nights in a raw like 3 in the morning the next day 6 in the morning some Hispanics were yelling to each other just standing behind our door. Ihad to call to reception twice.

Short walk from hotel
shopping is convenient, but if I go for the beach, I'll probably book a hotel by the beach. As my boy-friend was constantly driving for business. I had to sit in the pool.The beach is about 15 minutes from the hotel

Good Hotel
Good hotel for beaching at Siesta Key/Lido Beach. Close to everything. A bit dated, but clean.

Best Western Siesta Key, FL
Well located hotel. Easy to get to and within walking distance of many place to eat. Very quiet area especially for being next to the hospital. Check in/out was quick and easy. Only a couple minutes driving from very nice beaches and local dining spots.

*This is about the surrounding area, and not the hotel itself* This hotel worked great for me because it was near the beach I needed to be at for a wedding. Most of the major entertainment areas were a bit north/south of the hotel. So plan accordingly.
