In bad shape furniture.
All the furniture and all the installations are too Old, the fabric in the chairs are too dirty, I didn't sit on it, the rest of the room was clean, temperature of the shower was changed to hot and cold, my husband and me were having hard time taking a shower, the only good thing is the beach just few steps away from the hotel.

Loved it!!
We arrived late about 11pm because of a late departure and they held our room for us and offered us a chance to upgrade to the Ocean View for a few dollars more with parking included. We accepted and when I tell you the view was absolutely amazing. The location is a little bit north of South Beach but the scenic view and change in pace (less traffic & noise) makes it more relaxing. I really enjoyed it and Jennifer in the diner downstairs was great!!!! Great price.. Great location..

Need some spending
You think you re back in the fifties, and unfortunately you are, but it s 2012. Room with not much comfort, dirty pool, breakfast in the morning for 15$ each, not worth 3$, staff not helpful, looks like you re annoying them. 11$ for parking and 10$ for amenities ( Internet , towels for pool ), next time they ll charge you for bed ! Rooms need soundproofing & windows need replacing, as well as cleaning...The only + is the beach just there. I would not stay there if you paid me. Do not stay in Miami as price of accommodation too much, stay somewhere else like fort lauderdale, only half hour journey on I 95.

Great Location
Location is perfect and they offer free beach chairs for the ocean. 50 feet walk and you are there. Pool is very nice as well. Hotel rooms were clean Hotel was noisy, a band played in the club the first night until 1am. Everything is tile so it was very noisy. Staff was nice, many of them speak english as a second language. Continental breakfast was not good, and buffett was expensive. 10 resort fee per day added and 11 to park per day.

Not so bad
We've stayed in this hotel before before and it was quite enjoyable. This last stay would have been perfect as well if it wasn't for the price we had to pay this time. $165, and I'm a local and should have received at least a little break.

She started the stay off in the worst way... Many negative reviews on her directly naming her. I would never stay there again and the BBB has already been filed.

Unfriendly
Jacquelin the staff host was extremely rude and unwelcoming. We were givin a smoke zone room even though we had requested non-smoking. I would not recommend this place. It is worth a few extra bucks to stay somewhere else! Poor service.
