Nice, clean, new, big rooms, nice amenities , great price , great location , friendly staff.

Booked this hotel thru a package deal air + hotel for 2 nights for the Miami ING marathon weekend and location was great for the start and end of the marathon. Easy ride from the airport and walkable to bayside to eat and shop.

Excellent central location to downtown and South Beach. The service was very good, and the room was comfortable. The entire hotel was quiet, which made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They gave us maps and directions to places to go and as we were there just overnight . Room was not ready when we got there and they upgraded us. It was great over looking the harbor.

Hotel was beautiful, especially the pool, both the rooftop and infinity. Deluxe room has very open floor plan so not really for families. Shower is all glass so no privacy. Balcony is huge. Staff is excellent. Location is nice but not on beach. Bus ride isn't too bad though. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome hotel at a great location. Near South Beach only a cab/bus ride away. The rooms were clean, spacious and the views amazing. The walk in closets were huge and enough space for all our clothing. The staff was attentive and always a pleasure. Only problem I had was there wasn't a vending machine or ice maker on any floors. If you want ice or water you have to call the front desk. Suggestion is to stock up on sodas and snacks from the gas station next door to keep in the fridge. I went with 4 of my girl friends for a relaxing trip and we got that and more at Tempo.

It was very clean and comfortable...Wish we had a better view...The towels were clean, but had a weird smell to it...that's the only bad thing i can think of..otherwise it was amazing

Everyone was extremely nice!! Only thing is I would suggest that the room be cleaned more frequently, without us having to hit the button :(. Even when we had the button on they missed almost two days. Everything else was amazing, the spa, the food and personalities. Good job!

overal stay was good. don't eat at there resturant.

My husband and I was impress from the time of arrival. The hotel staff was very nice, helpful, and professional. The room was beautiful and spacious. The location of the hotel is in the middle of everything, therefore you can walk, jump on the metro mover or catch a taxi to anywhere downtown . I recommend everyone to visit Bayside a great outdoor location where you can enjoy shopping, lunch, dinner, clubs, entertainment and other attraction. Overall my trip to miami was fantastic, fun, and memorable.
