Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Myers

This hotel is tucked at the back of a shopping mall, which made it slightly hard to find. There are many options for a meal nearby including at least one restaurant that delivers. The front office staff was very helpful. The room was clean with good furnishings, large flat screen TVs, decent linens. The smell of room freshener was overpowering at first. There were two outlets on the desk but for others you had to hunt a bit behind furniture.

Nice and roomy. Great staff, but could have been cleaner. The mattress pad cover on the sleeper sofa had a huge blood stain. The floor seemed kind of dirty too. But, it had plenty of room for a family of 5 and the staff was wonderful.

Staff was very friendly and made you feel good. The hotel was so nicely decorated for Chrismas. Everything about our stay was fantastic.

Very nice place to stay. several very conviently located restaurants and lots of shopping. Hotel is an easy commute to downtown Fort Myers.

Excellent property. Great staff. The manager was right there in his business. Breakfast buffet was different every day.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY

I got to enjoy the city sites and come to a relaxing, comfortable suite.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Great accomodations for active kids. Wonderful breakfasts AND dinners, wow. We didn't have a car and many things were in walking distance. Hotel staff went out of their way to arrange transportation for us. We will certainly return!

We were looking for a place to stay near family and came across this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the stay. Not only do they have a great free breakfast that included most anything you would get in a restaurant, but also have a welcome home dinner on weeknights. For travelers trying to keep costs down it really helps out. For my husband and I to have breakfast out every morning it would have cost us an extra $20 a day. The evening meal that we had was nothing exciting but with free beer and wine you really can't complain. We will look for this hotel the next time we travel.

The carpets, pool and hot tub, all seemed to have a nice layer of scuzz on them. The hot tub only had one jet and even that only partially worked. The maintenance staff was pretty indifferent to it. The fitness center only had 3 freeweights and was better suited to be a morgue.
