Inn on Broadway

Great location. The location and the rooms are clean and right in the middle of everything. Down side is that noise of the street and the beds. Bed was really bad, we all woke up with sore necks and backs. Street noise started early with the buses going up and down the street. But overall I would stay here again for 1 night layovers in SF.

I was visiting San Francisco very last minute, and made a reservation at the Inn on Broadway. The minute I got there I was worried. On my walk up to the hotel, I witnessed strong evidence of multiple hotel residents engaged in prostitution. My room featured 3 outlines of bolt-locks that used to be there, but now, were not. After 10 mins of assessing my room I let hotel staff know I did not feel safe, only to be told there was nothing they could do for me.

it was a nice and clean room, but too much noise outside didn't let me sleep.

The price and location was good . I will come back for that price .

We didn't know what to expect - our room was the corner room next to the elevator. The room was clean and the flat screen TV was a surprise. The bed and pillows where horrible - rock hard pillows and the bed springs didn't offer any support - I felt like I was on a hammock with a rock under my head.

This hotel wasn't great at all. We paid an arm and a leg to stay here and it was one of the only hotels that was available during our stay since there was some sort of convention going on. The hotel advertizes free parking but when we arrived the guy in the front desk made us park in a no parking zone since there was no parking left. When my family was walking into our room there were people outside smoking out. My family did not feel safe. Th e room was simple and smelled dirty. The hand towel in the bathroom looked like it was already used and re-hung. The next day, I asked the housekeeping lady for a new towel and she would not give it to me stating that our room was next to be cleaned. I told her that I did not want our room fixed and we left a 'do not disturb' sign on our door. When my family came back from going out for the day our room was fixed! We were furious because she ignored our sign and we clearly didn't want our stuff to be touched! And to top it off, she gave us less towels than what we had when we arrived. I made a complaint to the front desk but he didn't even seem to care. I know this is what a get for trying to save money but next time u ever visit SF I will pay at mior to stay somewhere decent. I will never go back to this hotel.

I travel for business, and have some fun at the same time. the hotel housekeeping, and the other stuff bother you finishing with the room when you are already checked in, and trying to rest, and taking a shower,

The management here was horrible! We came to the hotel for a two night stay. We liked the location of the hotel. But we had troubles opening the door and first thought there was a problem with the keys. But when we called management up, they blamed us for ruining the door jam. While inspecting the room, they also accused us out of NOWHERE of smoking in their non-smoking room. Neither my boyfriend nor I smoke at all, but they insisted the room smelled like cigarettes. When we denied it because it was an absolute lie, they said that it must have been friends of ours that we had invited to the room! We never had anyone other than ourselves in the room at all, we barely stayed in it ourselves, but spent most of the time exploring the city and only went there at night to sleep. Bottom line, they will take advantage of your damage deposit, blaming you for things that are obviously not your fault and just plain lying to charge you. Also, on another note, after the maid service came to clean our room when we were out one day, we noticed that some coins and change that we had left at the bedside table was disturbed and missing!

The rates were cheap, location was great, trip ended up being a great success. The only problem were a few loud guests in the middle of the night
