Good place and convenient
Our room was very large and tho on the freeway side of the building, it was quiet. The breakfast was a nice plus. Would stay here again.

great weekend
Staff was excellent from get go! Gwen greated us at the airport and offered some good advice regarding things to see in Oakland and San Francisco. The hotel provides free shutlle from and to airopot and beyond. Complementary breakfast provided grat boost to start our day right and free internet alowed us to stay conected at all times! We had a blast! It is safe, frendly, and close to everything.

Nice hotel, bad area
Hotel was excellent! Service was great. Nothing around the hotel but commercial buildings and the view of the freeway is less than ideal. Stayed there because it was close to the Oakland Coliseum.

Great find!
I reserved a waterfront room because of the reviews I read online and was very pleased. The room had a balcony overlooking the water - absolutely beautiful view. The room included a microwave, refrigerator, overstuffed chair and ottoman - very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and I will definitely stay here the next time I go to Oakland.

Very dissapointed
Looked really nice from outside and the pictures,but upon entering the room it was a different story. Sheets looked very old, No closet for my wifes dresses. only a huge rack that kept getting in our way! I could have stayed at the doubletree for less than I paid for this room.

Good
The hotel offers FREE AIPORT SHUTTLE which was great! Only bout a 10-20 minute wait, 10 min ride from the airport. Shuttle stops running at 10:30pm. FREE PARKING at the hotel. The staff is FRIENDLY and WELCOMING! The rooms are clean. I stayed for just a night but hotel is located near lots of eating places within walking distance, they also provide a COMPLIMENTARY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. It's not an all out breakfast, it is what it is, but it's FREE and totally doable and enjoyable. I had everything in the room I needed-coffee, iron, microwave and fridge. The only thing I would've have liked was a built in closet. The hotel has those box closets with no doors and the hangers weren't in the best shape. The beds are COMFORTABLE. I enjoyed my stay. Vending machines were awesome to have too. I came in on a late flight and there weren't too many places that were open. I believe everything closes around 10pm. So eat before then. Knights Pizza stops delivering at 10

Great place to stay
We stayed here overnight during the Thanksgiving holidays. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Loved the spot on the channel.
