Sijanti on erinomainen, huonemme oli siisti ja hiljainen

Vietimme madridissa neljä yötä ja kolme kokonaista päivää. Tärkeimmät kohteemme olivat Reina Sofia museo ja Prado museo, jotka olivat kummatkin lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellilta oli kätevä lähteä kävellen joka paikkaan, joten parasta oli ehdottomasti sijainti! Huone oli siisti ja henkilökunta avuliasta ja saimme vastauksen esitettyihin kysymyksiin ja toiveisiin. Tiedustelimme iltamenoja, ja aulasta vielä soitettiin huoneeseen myöhemmin kun tietoa ei löytynyt heti.

This hotel has a very convenient location! Staff was nice and helpful.

First the staff at the desk where a little nasty. They seem they didnt want to be bothered with answering questions. Second the hotel does not have free wi-fi and charges a rediculous amount for a short time. At this time and day every hotel should offer there customers free wi-fi.

The hotel was great. Nicely located at walking distance from all Madrid's top attractions and we saw them all. As we traveled with our two teenage children breakfast was rather important and the hotel provided us with quite a replenishing selection of palatable items for breakfast. The staff was friendly and willing to assist with directions. Parking was not provided by the hotel but we found one across the street which charged us 24 euros per day. We would most definitely come back to this hotel next time.

This was part of a multi-city trip to Spain. The hotel location was very good - easily accessible to the Atocha train station and the Madrid metro from which you can get to the airport and all over the city. The hotel was attractive, clean and had a nice breakfast. Only negative comment is that, like all the other hotels we stayed in in Spain (some not as nice as this one), they should provide easier, no charge (at least for a minimum time period) internet access to enable guests to easily do their own flight check in or quickly check emails.

This is a great place to stay if you are new to Madrid and just want to be central. It's kind of old fashioned but in a nice, reassuring way. The rooms were very clean, great bathrooms and comfortable beds. Staff were helpful and we felt bang in the middle of things. And we got an excellent rate for a four-star hotel on[...], which made this part of our trip very easy and stress free, especially as we had booked and paid for it all long beforehand. Definitely recommend it.

Great location! There is a Metro located at a few meters from the hotel door. The hotel is at a walking distance to the museum of El Prado, the Renfe system, and the Plaza Mayor. Also, the breakfast has everything for everybody.

Very close to Prado and a Plaza that had some great bars and restaurants for dinner! A long walk from other areas such as Plaza Mayor or Placio Real though.

No wireless. Extra charge for cable.
