De l'aéroport de Barcelone : Direction Barcelone, sortie El Prat de Llobregat/zone Franca. Au rond-point, prendre la 3ème sortie direction Ronda de Sud. Tourner à gauche vers Mas Blau/Parc de Negocis. Tourner à droite au 1er feu et continuer sur la rue Canuda. À 200 m, vous verrez l'hôtel.

a short stay after our meditteranian cruise
I wished they have more shuttle buses to downtown area. By the time we got to the hotel, we wanted to take the 10:15am shuttle to the city center, but the bus was already full, the next one is not until 12:15pm. We ended up had to take a taxi. The good thing about this hotel is the close distance to the airport and the free on-time shuttle they have. In terms of the room, our bed room was very comfortable but the bathroom gave me a dirty feels. The only transportation you could use to get back to the hotel after 8pm is taxi only. If you have an early flight in the morning, this is the hotel I would recommend.

Modern comfort
The hotel lobby is very modern, as are the rooms. The place is very comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. Pleasant experience, and it was nice to have the free transportation to and from the airport.

Straight forward stay staff were
Straight forward stay staff were great. My wife had her handbag stolen however, but all staff really tried to help us, they allocated a manager to assist us and found the thief on CCTV so over to police now. The hotel gas us complimentary breakfast which was a lovely gesture. Whole booking experience was good although we specifically asked formamriom With 2 adults and 2 children which the booking agent said the would do, on voucher there was no mention of our children, but beds are huge! And the hotel ended up providing 2 roll away beds-they were great Thanks again

This place needs help!
Check in was suppose to be at 3pm but didn't get my first room until 5:30pm and my second an hour later and it only had one bed when I needed 2. Customers were furious and several asked for the manager. We needed to rest up before going out but got into our room so late, we missed seeing Barcelona altogether!

Post Cruise Layover
A very good value. The staff has the right attitude and place wants to be great. Good things are staff,free shuttle to airport and Ramblas, cheap shuttle to/from cruise port. Disappointment was they were overwhelmed at check in by volume of customers. Cruises are very scheduled so there should be no surprise when there will be those arriving to take cruise and those returning from cruise. Also, facility maintenance needs to be kept up with. It would be good to include cruise service and procedures for cruise service on hotel web site.

Use hotel shuttle to get to Ramblas (may need to make reservations for ride back). Once in Ramblas walk alleys beyond main drag for great food and people watching.

Great Airport Hotel
We chose this hotel because it was near the airport and we had flown in early for a cruise the next day. The airport shuttle was quick and efficient. The hotel itself was spacious and the design matched Barcelonas modern theme. Our room was clean and included the roll away bed I had requested for our son. We did eat at the hotel restaurant even though many of your past reviewers warned against it and we had no problems. We were only there for 14 hours, mostly to sleep, but we did see the shuttle that could have taken us into the heart of Barcelona. I would readily recommend this hotel to someone else as it was a great value.

Dishonest Individuals at this hotel!
07/13/11Dear Sirs/Madam:To Whom This May Concern:Good Morning. Hello. I stayed at this hotel before/after my cruise. This hotel concerns me, as, hotel employees asked to see your US passport and records information from it, and I still do not know, as to why??? Do they want to steal your identity? This scares me to dead. What can I do about it? This Hotel was not near the highlights, as advertised. I ordered room service for breakfast on 5/22/11 to save time to go on an trip extursion, before my cruise. My breakfast never came to me, at the time, I requested. I needed to go hunt for my breakfast in the hotel. I was told that my breakfast was to be FREE, because of this problem, as their rule states, if it is not delivered on time; room service is FREE. The hotel charged me $20.00 euros plus tax the next day for this breakfast to my credit card without my signature, or permission. I did not know it, until, I returned to the states. Very dishonest in my opinion. On my stay for days 6/3-6/4/11, I tried to have breakfast in the Restaurant LA SAL Marina located in the hotel, before, leaving for the airport to come home. A lady named [...]came to my table, asked me, if I wanted coffee. She brought me a cup of very strong coffee that I could not drink, but ignored me for ordering my breakfast. NO ONE TOOK MY ORDER, SO I TOLD THE Restaurant LADY THAT I WAS CLOSING MY ORDER for breakfast. Someone, else, appeared to eat on me; and charged me for it. Again, very dishonest individuals! I LEFT THE RESTAURANT TO CHECK OUT from the hotel ON 6/4/11 TO GO TO THE AIRPORT. AGAIN, I DID NOT HAVE BREAKFAST that day nor much time to play... I CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL, AFTER leaving the restaurant...THEY CHARGED ME $18.00 EUROS PLUS TAX FOR A CUP OF Strong COFFEE that I did not drink. I had to go back to the restaurant to get a credit for that breakfast that I did not get to eat; that then the hotel had charged me, when checking out... The manager to the restaurant gave me a credit to my visa credit card (I still have the credit slip with me), but to this day they have not credited my credit card for [19.44]- Euros... (07/13/11).I did not even have a shower-head in my hotel room to take a shower on 6/4/11, before, heading to the airport. This is very sad. No one cares about you there...??? This is my experiences with staying at this hotel I have emailed, them, since, returning home, regarding the above problems, but, they are ignoring me. They will not even come clean; nor help me?? They are very dishonest in my opinion. I will never stay at that hotel, again. Hopefully, others will not, either? Thank you for your time.
