Hesperia Ramblas Hotel Barcelona

Tres bon hôtel, très bien situé proche de la place La Rambla. Le seul bémol est la grandeur des chambres. On avait du mal à circuler autour car le lit était trés grand. Mais enfin, juste pour dormir, c'était trés bien

U-Bahn nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Rest von Barcelona leicht erreichbar, Mercat de la Boqueria gleich um die Ecke, Bank, Bäcker und zahlreiche Shops, Rastaurants vor der Hoteltüre (La Rambla) Personal freundlich, Zimmer sauber wird jeden Tag geputzt und Handtücher werden gewechselt.

This hotel is in a perfect location for walking the city with plenty nearby to see and visit, also near to a Metro station. We arrived at about 9.30am from a cruise boat and the room was available straight away. Very clean and minimal, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a back room with no view but it was very quiet, which suited us. We will certainly stay there again in September when we go back to Spain for a longer stay.

My friend and I booked this hotel for five nights and had a great time staying there. The location is just of La Ramblas, close to the Liceu metro station, and a 2 minute walk to the Boqueria market where we could get fresh juice and pastries every morning. The hotel staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Even though my friend and I spoke Spanish with the hotel staff, everyone there knows and understands English. The room was very clean and spacious. When entering the hotel, you have to buzz to get into the hotel, which makes you feel very safe. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay there again.

For a quick stay in Barcelona I recommend the Hesperia Ramblas Hotel. Great location, fairly quite and helpful staff.

Blink and you might miss this find off of Hospital near Ramblas. We arrived in Barcelona via the airport shuttle to Placa Catalunya and had a quick 10-15 min. walk down Las Ramblas to the hotel. It’s quite easy to find – at the Liceau Metro station turn right and the hotel is on your right before the first street. The hotel buzzes you through the front door. The location was IDEAL – so close to Ramblas and La Bouqueria Market. We had breakfast every morning in the market and also had lunch there (Kiosko Universal) that we’d recommend. The location was also great for walking to most of Barcelona’s sights. We rarely took the Metro! As far as the hotel, we had room 407. I will echo previous comments that the hallway rug tiles were filthy, but as I was not walking barefoot on them it was only really an eyesore. The room was similar to NH rooms we’ve stayed in – faux wood floors, contemporary furnishings. We had two twins pushed together. The tv only had one English channel – BBC News. There was a mini-bar, closet and desk. The mini-bar had enough room for our own drinks to chill. The room and bathroom were large by Euro standards. The bathroom had no towel rack for hand towels or tissues – just minor oversights on their part? We enjoyed the free wifi. We saw the breakfast room every morning but we weren’t sure if it was included/free so we never attempted it. If it is free, they need to do a better job of letting guests know either at check-in, in the room or with signage. All in all, the location can’t be beat and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent, clean Hotel superbly situated just a minute from the vibrant La Ramblas and close to the Metro. Fantastic location.

This is a great inexpensive no-frills but very clean hotel in the heart of Barcelona. The staff was exceptionally helpful as well. We loved being right of Las Ramblas and it was a quick walk to anywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend Hesperia Ramblas to anyone looking for the same.

Great staff, great location, nice rooms and amenities. Got there early as do many travelers, they tag and store you luggage efficiantly, The location is just awsome, just around the side brings you into the Bogueria market, Just a block over is the best and affordable spicy bombay resturant, fixed menu at 8.5 eu. A super deal for super food in this tourist exploited zone. Get the hotel breakfast at 10 eu. Its good and the coffee is endless, if you start buying coffee at 2.5 euro a pop just to get your morning groove on it bites, The hotel lets you fill up, no hastle, [...]at the desk and the wonderful women that runs the brekfast service make you feel valued, free wifi is a dream, cant be beat. Tip the good ones they deserve it...

Gute Lage, ruhig, sauber, modern, freundlich, preiswert. Die Zimmer etwas klein, aber nicht eng, Bad grosszügig. Kleine Kritik: Nicht der Hit ist der Teppich auf dem Gang. Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, da auswärts eingenommen, Buffet sah aber gut aus. Rundum empfehlenswert!
