Good hotel, far from the airport
The hotel staff was excellent. The room smelled of river mold which wasn't a problem for me since it reminded me of my childhood. The morning breakfast was tasty and great to have each day. I was able to utilize the business center at nearly any time during the day. One big problem was that taxi driver did not know the location of the hotel, even when I showed them the address and maps.

Friendly helpful staff, Location
Friendly helpful staff, Location is OK, but not exactly in the heart of Shenzhen. Internet facilities were limited and VERY slow, and breakfast was a non-event as they packed everything up 30minutes early and left only toast!

The hotel restaurant is really simple, just a caffe but on the other hand you can get a bowl of noodles or similar very cheap. There are lots of restaurants and small shops in the neighborhood, including a McDonald's right across the street.

Holiday Inn Express Luohu Shenzhen
The room cleaning was not great. No mini bar or refridgerator available. Airconditioning was really bad, considering the hot weather in June. Kept asking about the airconditioner setting but no one could explain how to increase the cooling. Temperature would stay at 23degree C. One of the nights, I found a big cocroach behind my headboard.

Holiday inn in LUOHU area
Room is clean and comfortable. Service is superb. The only thing needs improvement is the AC. You can not change the room temp much, even though you set one much lower than the room temp on the contol panel.

I stayed one night at this hotel.
I stayed one night at this hotel. The staff were very good. The hotel was very neat and the breakfast was nice. Internet was free thus helped to do all the job. I would recommed this as a value for money hotel for anybody. I would certainly stay next time when i'm in shenzhen

This is an excellent hotel, value
This is an excellent hotel, value for money and for room comfort comparable if not better than any so called 5 star hotels in SZ. The staff are fluent tri-lingual and top notch in terms of client service. The hotel does not offer pampering and blood sucking services such as room service, which is fine by me.

Efficient check in, hotel is off a side entrance of the actually street address but it is walking distance to the Shenzhen subway Good value, but no fridge in room
