Leeden Hotel Guangzhou

Modern and cozy hotel. The executive room is spacious, worth to spend a few more dollars for it.

In town for business, I needed a hotel that was in the new city center and close to locations where I had meetings. The brand name hotel was sold out and The Leeden seemed nice enough in the pictures on the website, so I tried it. I got a suite for a great price and was very happy with the size and quality of the room. The bed and room were very comfortable. I spent the better part of one day in my room working and didn't feel the need to leave my room at all. There isn't a lot to do in Guangzhou, so I was happy to have a room that was comfortable.

Thought situated one station away from the main shopping malls at Tiyu XiLu, it was in a nice quiet and spacous area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast varied daily and had a good range of dishes. The rooms we had was cosy and comfortable, even had a pillow menu. It had all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. We really like the place and would stay here again. Hotel was just 5 mins walk from the Zhujiang New Town station A2 exit. Close to restaurants and a convience store. There a new shopping plaza with a Jusco supermarket across the road from the A1 exit. You can take the Metro (line 3) all the way from Baiyan International airport to Zhujiang New Town station for 13 yuan, takes about 35 mins. The metro was convient to get to all the tourist spots around the town. Unfortunately the trains only operates between 6:00 and 23:30 depending on which lines.

很不錯!! 酒店環境蠻安靜，離地鐵很近，交通方便。除了附近餐廳較少是一個小缺點。房間雖然不大，但很乾淨舒適，床很好睡。尤其服務人員態度很好，反應問題也能很快處理，下次有機會再到廣州，還會選擇此家酒店!

I stayed at the Leeden in October 2010. The Hotel is a block from a station in the GZ Metro system in a business district. There are not too many low cost restaurants, or hawker stalls in the immediate area, but for me that was a low priority. The room was very clean, the bathroom large, and I was very happy with the level of accomodation. To get there I caught a Shuttle Bus from the airport, then a taxi from the final drop-off point - about 10RMB's for the taxi. So not too hard to get there. The rooms have an electronic key system and there is Security Staff in the lift lobby. There was an electronic safe in the room. The Hotel has an in-house massage service which is fantastic, not a dodge for anything other than a superb massage. Reception staff spoke basic english, but then again I speak poor Mandarin, so no real problems witrh booking in, or checking out. Both seamless, and quite speedy. I stayed 3 nights and would happily stay there again.

Very good hotel, room and breakfast. Cose to metro station and shutle service to the canton fair.
