Novotel Brussels Airport

Shuttle runs every twenty minutes. No need to call for pickup. Hotel was only 4 minutes from the pickup location at Brussels Airport. My room had a sofa, desk, internet connection (fee), hot water maker, and good lighting. Clean and spacious. There were two free computers in lobby for public use (20 minute limit). Fast check-in. English speaking front desk. Very helpful.

This hotel is really close to the airport and has a shuttle service, which is a plus. The fortunate [or unfortunate] thing is that you are just outside an old town that resembles a village. It's great to walk around, but food options are limited. You either need a bus or shuttle to get to any food options, or pay the high price for the food at the hotel. However, the food and drinks are pretty phenomenal, so as long as you have a decent amount of $$, you should be okay. The room was nice and clean, with a TV that had stations in multiple languages. The mini-bar is not worth it, but the bathrooms are nice, the bed comfy, but the pillows a little lacking [just far too tiny]. No free wi-fi [you have to pay for it], but it more than makes up for it with the breakfast. Probably the most extravagant breakfast we had in Brussels, it's a huge spread buffet with more options than you could shake a stick at. Would go here again.

Hotel is near the airport. We arrived from USA at 0800 and were able to check into our room right away. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The restaurant on premises was great. The airport is less than 5 minutes away by the free airport shuttle.

We had only two complaints: no US tv but Al Jazeera? and wifi should be free or cheaper.

The hotel served our purpose for a place to sleep before leaving Brussels to fly back to U.S. Clean hotel, very good breakfast. Very average room though it did meet all our requirements for our needs on this trip. Expensive for the type of hotel it was. Very comparable to a Motel 6 in the states; good clean basics. We did only spend 7 hours there, however, midnight to 7 am. Shuttle service was also a big plus as we arrived in Brussels at 11 PM and they picked us up and returned us to the airport in the morning. I would recommend this hotel only for someone who was using it the same way we did. There are other way nicer places in Belgium if you were there to visit!

Restaurant could improve by having some signage to clarify the types of foods available in the buffet. Also, even though the restaurant was open, all of the buffet foods were not ready to be served (eg. soup)

Allgemein unsauber (beispiel: Spinnweben auf der Toilette), Minibar war leer. Etwas teuer für diesen service. Ansonsten nichts auszusetzen.

we checked in here prior to flying back to US. It was only 5 minutes to airport. I would not recommend it for any other reason. The bed was two foam mats and not comfortable, the food was overpriced,but without a car a traveler is a captive audience.
