Good room rate, pleasant staff, decent food, clean room and free shuttle to Brussels airport - it doesn't get any better.

The hotel was perfect for us. Close to the airport and very clean. The staff was helpfeul and the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. One of the best meals we had on our trip.

The staff at this hotel was more than helpful and answered my questions before I even asked. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and modern. The only issues are the fact that there is no place close to eat around the hotel and the food served at the bar is unbelievably expensive! I also specifically chose this hotel because it had an airport shuttle however, it is not specified on travel websites that the shuttle only runs in the morning and evening. If you arrive in the afternoon you must pay 12.50 for a taxi. The indoor pool, sauna, and gym are great for working out and relaxing.

I had a 17 hour layover between flights and I quickly found a hotel in Brussels by the airport that I could stay at. I wasn't expecting much, I was looking for something reasonable and with transportation and I found it there. The shuttle got me to and from the airport, ran every 30 minutes until 10 pm and the people at the font were very friendly. The hotel was beautiful and the room was great. I had a queen sized bed with a flat screen tv mounted on the wall, a cool looking futuristic chair in the corner, two closets, ironing boards, coffee/espresso maker, hair drier, a place to plug in electric shavers, a corner desk that had plenty of space to lay out any and all sorts of paperwork and a cafe/restaurant/bar downstairs. And free tea too. :) I will book this hotel next year on the same trip and maybe go explore Brussels too. I do have to warn though, that I was able to leave and reenter the airport without a VISA due to the fact that I am a citizen in the European Union, if you are from the US you may have to check what paperwork you need. Just in case you weren't aware. :)

The room was great. There was a big flat screen in the room along with a comfortable bed, a coffee machine and a desk. The free wifi made it easy to be entertained. The only draw back is the restaurant in the hotel. There is nothing else near by so I was stuck dining there and it's over priced. The food doesn't taste like much. Otherwise everything else was great. The front desk staff were helpful.

There is nothing around this hotel so you are stuck eating in the one rather expensive restaurant. The health club looks nice on the internet but when we went down at 8:30 pm (its open late) the hot tub was cold and the sauna takes 30 minutes to heat up. The only good thing was the clean, modern room and the free shuttle to the airport. Our shower faucet was making weird noises all night so we kept the bathroom door shut and put a towel over the faucet to muffle the noise. We were hoping to take the metro into Brussels for dinner but this place is in the middle of nowhere.
