Crowne Plaza BRUGGE

Un seul bémol sur ce super hôtel, le supplément "Vue sur la place" à 22€ est une dépense d'argent inutile.

the rooms were so cozy and the beds were very comfortable. We had a suite overlooking the Plaza and the view was so enchanting in the evening . We never used the restaurant in the hotel because there are so many charming places to eat within a stone's throw. The location is perfect.

This hotel was wonderful. We stayed two nights in Bruges on our week long four family vacation. We were close to everything. The room was spacious and beautiful. The staff kind and able to help with directions, cabs, and food choices.

Nice hotel with proximity to everything. Hotel has sauna as well pool to relax. Taxi and bus stand are very close to walk. Will suggest to stay. Rooms are not as comfortable as a good five star hotel.

We arrived during a Market Day Sunday & the streets were closed off preventing us from being able to drive to the Hotel. We considered returning to Amsterdam. It was that chaotic. We called and spoke to [...], who was on the front desk She suggested we find a place to park, have a drink and bite to eat & walk to the hotel. A couple of delightful hours were spent at the restaurant Punta Est, right on the canal, & we walked over to our Hotel, just a few blocks away but still barricaded from traffic due to the street market going on in the center city. The car was fetched later & parked at the hotel garage. The next day , [...]permitted a late check out so we could go to the Chocalate Line for our Belgium chocolate & also get some lunch across the street. We recommend the Flemish stew! Brugge was hard to g et to, hard to drive & park in but the people & the place were remarkable. For example, a young couple helped us by letting us follow their car to a location where we could park closest to the Hotel. What an act of kindness! We were as impressed by this as much as anything else during our visit.

Hotel was nice but room service doesnt pay attention. There are only comforters on the bed. Had to request a sheet. Also had a request toilet paper. As I said, room service wasn't paying attention. Bagged up trash everday and it was still there when we left. We parked in the garage and wasnt advised we had to pay for parking. Over 20 Euros a day. Was not impressed.

Hotel was very modern, clean and the staff were very helpful.

Ideal location for town centre sight seeing and dining. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

This hotel was great, right in the middle of town! The lady at the front desk was very helpful, and really nice. The rooms were good size, and the bed wasn't uncomfortable (wasn't the greatest, but have slept on much, much worse!). Unfortunately we were only here for one night as this was just a stop off point on our way somewhere else, but after seeing how beautiful the city is, we'll be coming back, and when we do, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel!! My only complaint was that breakfast was 22 Euro each for the buffet...seemed a bit steep, so we passed.
