Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff! The hotel's location is 5 minutes from the old city and very convenient for walking to many sites. Extremely clean and extremely friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Family wedding
Rooms are very big nice & comfortable but they charge parking 32 euros a night!!!!!!!! be aware before that parking in vienna is very pricey

Very disapointing
Hotel need major upgrade. Old fashion TV, only one computer at club floor and limite to 30 minute but out of order most the time. Only one person at front desk and long line of people waiting. Hotel rate should be 3 star not 4+ rating posted [...].One of room was filled with smoke and need to change, we request non-smorking room when made reservation.

Great Hotel for a Great Price!
This great hotel is in a great location and provides exceptional service. My husband and I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 a.m. after a transatlantic overnight flight. We were able to check in to our room right away and get some much needed rest. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is located in a great location for walking Viennna and seeing the sites. We would recommend this hotel and stay here again in a heart beat!

Great place
a great 5 stars hotel, first class service. easy access to train and bus stations but a little bit far to city center by foot.

Long walk from hotel
Vienna is relatively small. everything starts from ,Steve. you can take no.2 and 3 subway from the hotel. it is right on side of the hotel and takes only about 10 min to get the city center.

Location was excellent. Central, located close to all the sights and amenities and in a perfect location for the conference I attended. Service was great, all requests were responded to. All round an excellent experience.

We just came home last night after
We just came home last night after 5 days in Vienna at the Hilton Plaza. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They are all very willing to give us tips about Vienna and to help us book all our tickets. The breakfast was okay. We have been to hotels with a wider range of food. We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant (Austrian Tapas, that was all they served) and it was nice. Think they should, however, have a wider choice and not only Tapas. They cannot expect us to eat Tapas everynight! The fitness center as well as the whirlpool and the sauna are rather small. We missed a swimming pool. We stayed in a double room with an extra bed for our daughter and it worked out well for us. The price was goog having in mind that it is a Hilton and we stayed three persons in a double room. All in all, we had a very nice stay at this hotel and will not hesitate to recommend this to everyone if you do not bother too much about the facilities (whirlpool, pool, etc)

A very central and handy location
A very central and handy location with nearby access to underground rail network. High standard of rooms and facilities. An excellent good value tapas bar for light meals was also a boon.
