tres bien situe au calme pres du gare westenhof (avec connection CAT/bus pour l'aeroport) et le metro direct au centre ville (5 mins) cependant, le nom de l'hotel est maintenant ''All Seasons'', ne cherchez pas das president

hôtel das président établissement à recommander. Très bien situé à deux pas de la station de métro. Personnel aimable et disponible. Chambres très propres et confortables petit déjeuner copieux aucun reproche à formuler compliments

L'hotel est propre et le personnel agréable. Un inconvénient principal, la température de la chambre bien trop chauffée et sans vraiment de possibilité de la réduire. Il est un peu éloigné du centre mais proche d'une station de métro.

dommage que le restaurant de l'hotel soit fermé sinon hotel impeccable a proximité de la gare et de la principale rue commercante que je recommande vivement

The hotel was near the station and so convenient. The room was a bit more basic than I had anticipated with no tea/coffee facilities. The hotel should think about providing this I think in the future. The pillows are almost flat with no stuffing in them but when we tried to get an extra one there were none available so my husband gave me his and ended up using his coat as a pillow.

Der Name verspricht viel mehr als die Wirklichkeit. Die Lage beim Westbahnhof ist eher eine unangenehme Gegend mit vielen komischen Gestalten. Das Personal ist mehr mit seinem Handy als mit den Gästen beschäftigt.

Was very disappointed with the room and the service. The air conditioner did not work. When I informed the front desk, I was told they were turned off for the winter. (Does not explain the lights on the unit and the E7 error code when I tried to turn it on.) Told to open the window to cool the room. Window was hard to open. Again informed the desk. No action on this either. Traffic noise and noise from the theater next door was heavy until about 11-12. Street sweeper came by at 5:30 and the street repair people started work at 6:30. Room was stuffy without the window being open. No coffee in the room. Available in the restaurant downstairs. They tried to charge me twice what I would pay anywhere else. When I refused, I was given the cup free ("This time." Did not partake of the breakfast offered. Was told it was 12 Euro's per person per day. Later, when checking their web site found a statement that "breakfast is included with all rooms". When I asked about this, was told the statement did not include rooms booked through on-line services. Checked Orbits' site, no mention of breakfast one way or another. When checking out, overhead another couple discussing breakfast with the desk. Room was clean. Had a small key operated drawer to store valuables. (3"x6"x1.5"), refrigerator, no microwave, TV. Beds are twins pushed together but are adequate. Tub/shower has a large step-down to the floor. (Wife had trouble with this.) No laundry facilities on site (washer/dryer for guest use) English was spoken by the desk.

Staff was wonderful. Great food in restaurant. FILTHY CARPETS. Looked as if they had not been cleaned since they were put in during the 1970s. The bed was so hard I am pretty sure it was a box spring covered with a sheet - Woke up because body parts went totally numb. THE NAME is NOT "DAS PRESIDENT". You get there and it is now the "ALL SEASONS". It is a one star at best. SMELLY ROOMS. SMOKE SMELL. MILDEW SMELL. And the shower either soaked the floor or sprayed the permanently fixed and plugged in hair dryer installed during the 80s. DO NOT walk from the subway at night. NOT SAFE!!!

Located in the 6th District, the hotel (much smaller than the name would suggest) is not far from the Gumpendorfer U-Bann (subway) station, which can take you to most sightseeing in the 1st District, as well as the Schoenbrunn Palace. The staff members are courteous and helpful about local information. Although a little old, the room is clean. I wish they could provide iron boards in the room (maybe that's something Austrian hotels don't normally do?) The hotel restaurant is Italian style. If your rate doesn't cover breakfast, you would have to pay 12 euros per person.

Awesome hotel, very close to the shopping street (mariahilfer strasse), and only three metro stations to Kartner strasse. The staff was awesome, and very helpful.
