Cet hôtel dispose d'appartements spacieux et pratiques,la cuisine est très bien équipée,le personnel est chaleureux et disponible,au 1er étage on entend un peu la circulation routière,il est préférable d'obtenir un étage plus haut.Le ménage a lieu une fois par semaine.L'emplacement est très correct,en pleine ville,il faut marcher un petit peu pour atteindre la station de train Central (10 mn).Une adresse que je recommande.

Super, hotel très bien placé. La station de train Museum est à un bloc; darling harbour et china town sont à env 7 mn à pied. Il y a un Coles supermarket à 2 blocs. Le personnel de l' hotel était accueillant et serviable. La chambre était très propre et confortable. Un très bon resto italien pas loin, le Soprano.

Accessible to city;opera house;the rocks;park & gardens by foot;train;or bus.Close to pubs & food courts for cheap meals.Excellent staff.Very clean with kitchenette.

This was a great place to stay. We liked the set-up of the room and that you had the option to cook if you'd like. It was within walking distance to shopping and eating near Chinatown. We like to walk but if you don't there is a free shuttle nearby that will get you around the city. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay memorable.

This is an excellent place to stay within walking distance of Chinatown - great for shopping and tasting a variety of Asian foods. Loved the room set-up - clean, comfortable and the one bedroom was enough for three. I especially liked the convenient kitchen if you like to have a simple breakfast and it's great to have an in-room safe available to keep valuables when you're out and about with out worrying. There's a free shuttle bus nearby if want to get to the ferries and Opera House by hopping on the shuttle.

First the walls are so thin that we heard EVERYTHING in the room next door - quiet uncomfortable with two teen boys to hear adult activities going on, also not a fan of being woke up by hearing someone use the toilet! They are in the middle of a refurb - on the floor below us - nice to listen to that as well. Our room - the vinyl was peeling off the desk chair, the table legs were wobbly - we pushed it against the wall for support, the carpet was gross, the blanket on the king bed was more patches than blanket (and then they charged me $4 for an accidently broken glass!), the bedroom door had no latch so you could only pull it to - it stayed open at least two inches - so no real privacy there and the 'service' (ie cleaning of the room) was not good - we came home to find dirty towels/wash cloths in the middle of the floor - we also found dirty socks from the previous occupants when we folded out the couch bed (gross!), the clean towels brought in had long black hairs on them already - none of us has black hair so we knew they were not ours (again gross!). The floor that the "gym" (a room with 4 pcs of equipment)is on was being worked on and not accessible for 2 days. They worked on the TV service while we were there so there was a very rainy we will stay in day that we had no TV service. (they rent movies for $8 at the desk :( ) The cafe on premise was awful plus my husband never even recieved his breakfast so when we were all finished he asked for a refund of his meal and it was a major issued to get the money back for his breakfast and they did not return all the money. In the room the balcony was just a 12 inch ledge 3 feet long with a rail. This place has no business being classified as a 4 star - not only is it in need of the refurb they are doing the staff is not helpful at all.

We had a king suite for three of us and it was great. There was a king bed and our adult daughter slept on the pull out sofa bed which was comfortable. The staff was absolutely great - very helpful and accommodating. The kitchenette was very nice to have - included a frig, coffee pot, microwave, dishes and silverware. The only very small complaint I might have is that the shower could have been cleaner. In spite of this I would highly recommend this hotel. Also in a very central location.

the bed was so unconfortable, and so low to the ground it was hard to get up for a 6 foot male. The furniture was made for very short people. kitchen had no basic items. No decent channels for downtime.

We had a wonderful stay (Nov 19-Nov 25,2011) at the Wyndham Resorts in Sydney. The outstanding asset of this facility is the staff. Everyone we had contact with was pleasant and helpful. When I made our reservation, I had requested a handicapped room; when we arrived there were none available due to owners' presence (this Wyndham facility seems to be a time-share). The staff took the initiative to locate a shower stool for my husband and it worked very well. In all our travels, both international and in the US, no one has ever made the effort to solve the shower issue so easily. Staff was very knowledgeable about transportation and tourist attractions. Location suitable for adults and families with older children.
