Liked the luggage storage facility Very useful for tourists

Good location and price but would have liked a hand towel provided and the beds were very hard. Breakfast was convenient and good value.

It was Ok but second room wasn't ready on time and they promised to ring. After an hour I had to follow them up. Toilet door was locked and we had to get maintenance to unlock. Don't buy breakfast on line. AUD20.00 on the net and only AUD16.00 in the hotel. Air cond was either too hot or too cold. Leaky taps and lights kept dimming and then would come back on bright. But overall it was OK and would probably stay there again

central location and suited our needs

室内はきれいで清潔でした。電子レンジもありましたが、やはり歯ブラシはなし。 子どもと2人の滞在でしたが、立地もそんなに悪くなく、値段相応だと思いました。 浴槽はなく、シャワーのみでした。 翌日から宿泊した、WynyardのTravelodgeのほうが、駅も近いし、Wynyard駅にColesが遅くまであいていて帰りの買い物に便利でした。

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the aircon worked well. The location is very convenient, with rail and bus terminals a very short walk away. Although we were not allowed to check in a little early, the hotel allowed us to leave baggage in the secure baggage room while we went sightseeing. They also let us leave our baggage after we had checked out, which was great as we had a late flight and didn't have to drag stuff around with us all day. Most of the staff were professional, friendly and courteous. The only downsides were the lack of a bath and a swimming pool. Oh, the security was good too, as you had to use your room card even to use the elevator.

Nice room even had dish drawer and plates and cutlery. Decent size even had a small table and chairs. Simple modern accomodation with everything you need. Service was good however does get busy thus wise to make time to check out in time as lines get long. A 5 min walk to the town hall train station up hill unfornately. Good place to stay if your on a budget and want to be central. Particularly as often deals are available for travelodge.

The hotel was good for the price. Be careful of Cathy, not near as good as the other personnel in the hotel. The rest of the staff was agreeable and very helpful. The room was just fine for us. The facilites with the hotel were fine. Internet access was quite expensive, but there were internet cafe's very close and relatively inexpensive. Would stay there again.

I found the hotel clean,very central to the city and shopping,the staff were courteous and most helpful.Lots of reasonable eating place close by and close to bus routes.
