Would stay at this hotel again, good quiet location, friendly staff

The hotel was new and excellently priced. Facilities were great and breakfast good value

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only comment would be that they should open up the restaurant for Dinner. Many thanks

Good location closed to train station. well priced

Reception staff were friendly but when they first say to you "You're alright" instead of saying "how can we help you" or similar. Bit strange. I booked through Hotel Club and picked Travelodge because they had a special on. Had to upgrade when I got there because they had no Internet in the these rooms. Can't work this out considering it is a wireless connection. Disappointing.

Location of hotel is good and close to most things. Easy to get around and use monorail, trains and buses. Staff were efficient and helpful, and the hotel provides an excellent buffet breakfast at a reasonable charge. Hotel also provides a shuttle bus service to the airport. Would certainly use again.

Location was convenient for accessing transportation and tourist sites. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Price was acceptable. Room left a lot to be desired. On check-in there was a musty smell in the room which never went away, there was hair and dust on the bathroom floor behind the door which stayed there all during my 4-day stay, the shelf under the closet where I put my shoes and socks was so full of dust and lint that it surely had not been cleaned in months, all the faucets dripped and I could not turn them enough to stop the drip, and after two days of rain the drain area under the kitchenette sink had a bad smell. No hand towels provided. I would tell a friend about this hotel and my experience there and let them make up their own mind concerning cleanliness expectations but could not recommend it without qualification.

Great location - very clean on arrival but room cleaning basically non existant during stay - bed made by pulling blanket over unstraightened sheets, no shampoo left. Bed was too short for a 5ft 8 in male and only slightly softer than the floor. Pillow so small it may not have existed. Front desk staff grossly underresourced and overworked

Easy to find on foot and access to CBD. Comfortable bed, shower room big enough. Would use again.

Museum駅から歩いて５分のところにあり、とてもアクセスが良く便利でした。 ホテル内の施設も十分だと思います。問題点を指摘するとすれば、連泊した際のクリーナーが不十分に感じました。 ほとんど掃除していないのではないのかと思えるほどでした。
