I found the facilities very good and very well situated.I was very happy with my stay. The staff were very efficient when we had to evuact the building on the Firemans orders I would stay there again

Very comfortable, overnight stay with excellent facilities, very helpful service desk staff and within walking distance of Darling Harbour. When I rang to say we would be late because of the unavailability of taxis, the young man to whom I was talking, rang and booked us one - very helpful!!

we were impressed with the quality and price of the hotel and especially the kitchen utilities and crockery which was well selected. the housekeeping attendance and provisions were execlent.

Needs refurbishing but the location is brilliant. We will come back!

We booked the Studio 4 Star 2+ Nights special & were pleasantly surprised by the deal. Excellent price for the location, service & facilities. Room was cleaned each day like a hotel even though it was a self contained apartment. Air conditioning was too good but extra blankets were available. King size bed was comfortable. The conversion from an old wool store gives the hotel a heritage character. The service desk staff were great. They allow your luggage to be stored if you arrive early & when you check out, without surcharge. Convieniently located as walking distance to Darling Harbour, Tram & Monorail. Coles was down the road. Only downside was the view wasn't brilliant overlooking a multi storey carpark & if guests nearby were smoking on their balcony you could smell it. They only have very basic Foxtel so you need to BYO/hire DVDs if you're the sort that wants to watch movies. Definitely would book this offer again. Not sure what 3.5 star is like but 4 star was good value.

The room was great, clean and quiet but with so many rooms the front desk was under staffed and some customers were getting quite angry as to how long it took to get their room. The staff were freindly and helpful. Overall we had a good experience at this hotel.

A two-storey, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the penthouse level - what could be better?

conveniently located to public transport. Quiet, service good. Shower water pressure could have been better. Overall would recommend this hotel to others

Although the hotel outward appearance is not that great, the apartment interiors were new. The facilities provided were all new Except for the bedroom wall that was touched up/painted while we were there. It was an excellent stay. The apartment was cleaned daily. The kitchen was well equipped. Its located at darling harbour which is close to everything in the city. A 10 min walk to Town Hall railway station but the monorail and tram is available at the doorstep
