very nice place for stay in munich
all over one of the best hotels in munich, 1 minute to go to tram 17 station, and 10 minutes to the center,

About a 10 minute walk to the U-Bahn, which isn't bad at all. Free wi-fi is only in the lobby, which was a little bit of an annoyance. This is more of an apartment-style - on a two day stay, they did not do housekeeping, which was fine by me, but may be something to keep in mind. Staff fluent in English and very helpful in getting a cab. Room was clean and comfortable.

If you feel you must make it to the Hofbrauhaus, just keep in mind that it closes at midnight, much earlier than the other bars.

Super Hotel in perfekter Lage
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Tram Station sowie die S Bahn Station sind in unmittelbaerer Nähe. Bis zum Hbf läuft man ca 10 min zur Teresienwiese ca 15 min . Wir hatten ein Studio zur Strassenseite, jedoch keinerlei Lärmbeeinträchtigung. Das Zimmer war sehr gross , sauber und mit allen notwendigen ausgestattet. Internet Verbindung (LAN) war kostenfrei. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich . Im Hotel steht ebenfalls ein Fitnessraum mit sehr neuen und hochwärtigen Geräten zur Verfügung . Alles in allem haben wir haben keinerlei Beschwerdepunkte und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch in diesem Hotel

Can't be beaten for the price. A short walk (or even shorter trolley ride) to the central train station and the downtown area of Munich. Super clean and very accommodating.

The nearest s-bahn is about 15 mins walk away. Alternative, you can take a tram which is just in front of the hotel to the s-bahn station. It has a small gym but well maintained.

Ottima esperienza! Comodissimo soprattutto per chi è in auto. Possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Comodissimo per muoversi in auto per la vicinanza della tangenziale interna. Fermata del tram di fronte all'albergo. Il tram porta in centro in 10-15 minuti (molto frequente). Camere ottime e presenza di collegamento internet gratuito alla reception e wi-fi nelle camere

Modern design, spacious and nice
Modern design, spacious and nice facilities, even provides sleepers, so I was very impressed. A few stops to the central and convenient public transport next to the hotel. Excellent value for money, highly recommends it and would stay here again next time if we come to Munich again.

great value for money
Excellent hotel. Easy to get from the train station (walk or take tram 17 to Marsstrasse). Very friendly staff, free internet connection, big rooms, - really nothing to complain. Will definitely be back.

Only stayed for the weekend. First time in Munich visiting the Xmas markets. Very impressed by this hotel. The apartment was excellent and the price even better! Tram stop right outside the door, just a few minutes to the centre. Easy parking nearby if you have a car. Would definitely recommend.
