1st Time Family Experience in Dubai
Ideal location with direct access to private beach with attentive life-guards to help find and set up bed space. Excellent exec lounge facilities and staff made our overall stay a pleasure.

Use the Metro to get from one side of Dubai to the other easily, quickly and without the hassle of local traffic. Nearest station only 10 mins walk from the hotel.

I was travleling with 2 other friends and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the room was always clean. The food and drink was quite pricey, especially in the pool bars which meant leaving the hotel and choosing a restaurant on the board walk was a better/cheaper option. It was the end of half term so there were a lot of young kids in the pool which meant we didn't use it - and the high rise buildings mean it's in the shade most of the time. The private beach is lovely though. Our overall stay was comfortable and I would go back but I would like to try other hotels in the area before.

The board walk offers excellent choice of restaurants (approx 40) and you can save a lot of money buy eating there as the pricecs are at least half what they are in the hotel!

The Best Hotel Ever
This has to be one of the best hotels ever,from the moment you check in to the moment you check out.The staff are all first class attending to all your needs,position on the beach(the only hotel with it's own private beach)cannot be not be better,fresh melon,frozen flannels etc.Meals and drinks a little pricy,but this is a 5 star and well worth it.

Nice hotel
The hotel is first class. There was no top sheet, only a comforter/duvet. My wife complained about that and the first night she couldn't get hot water. They upgraded us immediately to make it right. Turns out no one gets a top sheet unless you ask-strange. Only real complaint was that the pool closed at 8pm. We were there in summer and 9 pm the temp is still over 100. Would have been nice to sit in the pool and enjoy the swim up bar without the sun beating down. The breakfast buffet is very good.
