Personnel particulièrement agréable et bienveillant. Hôtel bien situé et très charmant ! Seule la salle de bain n'était pas tout à fait propre, mais peut-être est-ce le revêtement de la douche qui ne peut pas être bien nettoyé (?)

Affreux dans tout les sensés Ugly in all the sens

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: TOUT
Location: FAR
Ugly in all the senses and very far from Nice center I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS HOTEL 1 START.....DIRTY BATHROOMS WITH MUSHROOM INTO THE WALLS... Bad-smelling into the rooms.

Very small and dirty rooms, bath room poor condition, the street it's on is breaking up. Checked out a day early.

Die überschaubare Grösse des Hotels, der Standort, die Umgebung(Gartenanlage), Parking, keine Hektik, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal (familiäre Führung!).

Lovely friendly owners and staff

Pros: Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. A balcony which we were not expecting
Cons: For a small reasonably priced hotel all was excellent
Location: Loads to do in Nice I'm sure but we were happy just to wander and eat and drink well.
Stayed 5 nights and really loved the hotel and Nice. The hotel was small friendly and great value for money. Almost felt like staying with family at times in a good way. My partner suffered a minor injury in town and the staff were so helpful and concerned. Lovely restaurant with good food and great wine some of which was "on the house". Arrived quite late to a very friendly welcome. Nice pool area. A bit out of town but a lovely walk or easy bus ride to the centre. We will return I hope and would recommend to anyone.
