Not having stayed at this Hilton for some time, and, noting the new modern style, I was a little surprised at how the key card was given in an envelope with the room no. There were no instructions from reception or in the room how to access the breakfast room, or any of the facilities. I would say that it has gone very minimal in its approach.

Dear Fiona,Thank you for taking your time to leave your feedback about your recent stay at Hilton Gatwick.We are very sorry about us had to use envelopes instead of key wallets whilst we were waiting for stationary supplies. Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences, however even key wallets have no information on about facilities or directions, these are throughout the hotel signage as well as displayed on the TV menu.We look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel in the near future.Kind regards,
